As a freshman, I am full of curiosity about the colorful university life. In the first winter vacation of the university, I hope to be different from the past. At this time, the delegation provided advice on participating in practical activities.

This is a kind of tempering. For students, the opportunity for practice is really hard to come by. In China's education, we all study theoretical knowledge, but not much is actually used. Theory plus practice is the most scientific method of learning. Thanks to the school for providing our students with a platform for social practice.

There are a total of three students who have participated in social practice at the hotel. The major is accounting.

The practice time is from January 20th to February 10th, 3 months, and the theme of practice is to carry out relevant professional practice learning. The main contents are brushing dishes, wiping glasses, serving, and cleaning up the tableware. The relevant situation of this practical activity is reported as follows:

Basic situation and work experience:

I am the opportunity to find a job through the introduction of an acquaintance. It felt strange to go in and do things on the first day, because it used to be a hotel that entered the market as a consumer. This time it was a waiter. Oh, the first feeling is to first adjust the mentality. I know the boss of the hotel, and she is often called her aunt. People are very kind, and they don’t understand anything on the first day. She called an old student to teach us.

I don’t think that when I eat at the hotel, I don’t know that the work of the hotel is really covered. Every detail must be done. Our first day was a trial work. Everyone was working hard. Although it was a little tired, each of our students was very active and very engaged. They were very happy because it was the first step in our social practice. Well. So in that day, although we were a little tired, we all felt quite fulfilling.

Let me talk about my work there: we go to work at 8:30 every day until 9:30 in the evening. Our day job is to clean the room before the guests come. When the guests are eating, the boys are responsible for the dishes and our girls are responsible for serving the dishes, helping the guests to pour wine, change dishes and other chores.

The hardest thing in my opinion is that every time you have a meal, you have to stand outside and wait for a day. The legs and the waist are very painful at first, and I really can't stand it at the beginning. Although the customer is God, sometimes it is inevitable that there will be some difficult guests.

Either too picky, or the quality is not very high. I remember once, the proprietress said that a table of guests that afternoon seemed to be quite rural, and told us not to let them take the towel away.

When I first started, I felt quite awkward. What happened to the countryman? How can I look down on people like this? But I went to the room. I just gave them tea. Then I turned around and all the towels on the table disappeared. I went to their pockets. It is hard to say anything as a hotel.

So the waiter's job seems simple, but it is still very cumbersome to operate.

For this reason, I felt a little nervous when I first started working, but the more nervous I had to get courage, so I gradually got used to it. It turned out that I was very fortunate because it gave me an opportunity to exercise independently and challenge independently.

Practice perception and experience

With the aim of "using professional knowledge, increasing social experience, improving practical ability, and enriching summer life", I use the holidays to participate in this meaningful social practice, to reach out to the society, to understand the society, and to test myself from social practice. This social practice has gained a lot. The examples are as follows:

One. Be good at communicating with others in society. After a period of practical work, I have known many people. How to communicate well with others, this technology requires long-term practice.

There are not many opportunities for practice in the past, so that I will not respond when I talk to others, which will make the conversation a cold spot. This is very embarrassing. People in society will be integrated into the society. People work together to do things, making them more harmonious in their work, and doing more with less. The opinions that others give you, you must listen, be patient, and accept with humility.

two. Be confident in social practice and in future work. Confidence is not a numb boast, but an affirmation of one's ability. Just like when I first went to the hotel, I was a bit timid, but then I was confident that it gave me courage. Being confident makes you more energetic and more energetic.

three. In society, you must overcome your own timid mentality. I feel that I have a lot of difficulties, lack of social experience, and so on. I often feel that I am very small, and my weakness is revealed. So you should try to overcome your inner fear.

As some people have said, "In society, you have to learn to be cheeky, not afraid of the bad attitudes of others, but also to deal with it easily, to talk boldly with people, and you will not be afraid of working for a long time."

In fact, anyone who is born will be able to do anything. When he was a child, he was not afraid of fear. He tried to eat a loss and was afraid. When you overcome psychological obstacles, everything becomes easy to solve. To overcome self, only conquering oneself can conquer the world. It is the key to having the courage to face, as one celebrity said: “Courage leads to heaven and leads to hell.”

four. Constantly enrich your knowledge at work. Knowledge is like human blood. When people lack blood, their bodies will weaken, people will lack knowledge, and their minds will be exhausted.

This social practice has really filled the gaps that I have not learned in the classroom and really increased my social communication experience. A person can have no profound knowledge, but he must not have the experience and ability of social communication. This is also the deepest experience of my experience.

My own problems and some thoughts:

In the course of practice, I also found some problems in my own existence:

First, my ability to interpersonal communication is still poor, and this should be strengthened and studied in the daily life and communication in the future.

Second, the lack of social experience is still not mature in dealing with people. The attitudes and methods of dealing with things are often inappropriate.

Although there are some problems in practice, I feel that there are still some shining points to be proud of. I participate in social practice with the spirit of not afraid of difficulties, dare to practice, full of enthusiasm for work, careful and sincere.

By participating in social practice, I realized that it is extremely necessary to learn the experience and experience of people around me and master some social etiquette skills. Fully carry forward my own strengths, learn from each other's strengths, sum up experience, learn lessons, and make myself confident in the future, and lay a solid foundation for real integration into society in the future.

The problems and suggestions of this social practice:

One. The time in the same place is a bit too long, and social practice is not exactly equal to work, so it should not always be in one place. It will make people feel tired when they are long. Therefore, it is recommended that you change your practice position at an appropriate time.

2. Because my major is economic, I don't know if my advice is right. But still feel that if you want to establish a good social and economic order, it must be two-sided. Both merchants and consumers should improve their own quality and strive to achieve "win-win".

Finally, I am very happy to have this opportunity for practice. Although it is only a short month, I feel quite fulfilling, at least to make my winter vacation meaningful. In the future, I will participate in more social practice, hone myself and let myself know more, so that I have already experienced more aspects of society without stepping into society, and I should not understand and understand society with simple ideas.
