2019 College Student Winter Holiday Community Service Practice Report

During the winter vacation, I went to the neighborhood committee of my community to help with community service.

From 2.21 to 2.27, for seven days, I went to the neighborhood committee service every day to help the staff there to organize materials and files, visit the people and understand the living conditions of the community residents.

At first, I didn't get used to the work there. I felt very bored and very useless. However, through contact with local residents and staff, I gradually learned the fun of this community service.

I know how to organize information, how to care for the elderly, how to be considerate of others, and how hard and hard the adults are. All of this, if you don't get out of the house and participate in services, you won't realize it.

Through this community service, I have improved my ability to adapt to society and apply knowledge to solve practical problems, enhance my sense of social responsibility and mission, expand my horizons, and have a clear positioning for myself, not only discovering the lack of knowledge in my own knowledge structure. On the one hand, we also feel the gap between reality and ideal, which is very inspiring for our study, life and work.

For example, the information of the neighborhood committee is always in good order and neatly classified. Through the words and expressions of the aunt's aunt, I know that learning should be like sorting out the information. Every day, the knowledge should be sorted out according to the rules. This will not only help to find out. And it is also good for memory. Not just learning, everything in the house should be like this, books, clothes, toys, and so on.

The deepest feeling is the condolences to the elderly in the community.

In the cold winter of the twelfth lunar month, the children of Grandpa Liu went to work in the field. When Grandpa Liu was drinking too much when he was young, he caused a stroke. Now, every day, he pushes a baby carriage and walks around the yard.

After I went to his home with Wang Dashu to help him clean up, he went for a walk with him.

The average old man will not be as old as he is, and he will not be able to exercise hard and rain, showing how tough his perseverance is. I have asked him before, why do you exercise every day, he told me that this is a must, if you do not exercise every day, you will never move.

He also told me that when he was young, a cup of good drink led to the present result. Nowadays, many children in the society began to smoke and drink at the age of 13.4.

These practices are all irresponsible to their parents and society. I hope that I will not repeat his mistakes and be healthy and healthy. After listening to these words, I have benefited a lot.

Participating in community service is a kind of exercise for me. Although the future will be aggravated, I will definitely take the time to participate in these services during the holidays.
