I. Basic Construction of Highways The BOT project of the Mi Shi Line has been licensed by the Provincial Communications Department and the State People's Government. The construction of the Tianshi-Xixi section of the Mi Shi Line adopts the BOT model, and is controlled by the Provincial Road and Bridge Company and the State Luda Company. Jinping East Road cooperates with the expansion of the Minshi Line, Jinping East Road, west from the mountain well, east to the Kunhe old road, with a total length of 1.36 kilometers, the land acquisition control width is 53 meters, and the pavement implementation width is 47 meters, which belongs to the county town planning road. The location of the line county is consistent. The 17-meter-wide highway is a BOT investment of Mi-Yi Company. Lianxiang Highway Construction Project This project is listed as one of the “six-one project” projects in the county and county.
