2. Development of anti-accident work after the implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law

Through the inter-office joint meeting of traffic safety work, the "life support project" was established to encourage relevant departments to set up speed limit signs and deceleration facilities, implement the "black spots" rectification of accidents, establish a mechanism for detecting traffic accidents and escape cases, and strive to achieve a detection rate of 75%. The above; promote the construction of traffic accidents to rescue the "green channel", form an emergency ambulance circle with a radius of 30 kilometers, reduce the casualties of traffic accidents, and ensure that the number of deaths in traffic accidents in 2004 will achieve zero growth.

3. Challenges and countermeasures brought about after the promulgation and implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law

Increasing the burden of traffic police, the contradiction between road traffic management tasks and management forces is increasingly fierce. Increase the difficulty of survival and security of the traffic police team. If propaganda is not good, people can easily turn responsibility and emotions into the public security traffic management department, which is not good for us to establish better. The image of law enforcement for the people. Most of the people who can afford to buy locomotives rely on saving money when they go out to work and save money. The money at hand is also used to purchase fertilizers and pesticides. There is no extra leisure money, and many farmers are difficult to go to school for their children. If a violation of the rules is fined 200 yuan, and the weight is 2,000 yuan, it is definitely impossible for a farmer to pay off on the spot. In rural areas, there are many such violations. If you do not investigate and deal with them according to law, you will lose the dignity of the law, but it is very difficult to do things according to law.
