First, the release of the "Re-employment Concession Card" achieved remarkable results. Increase investment, raise funds, implement safeguard funds

It is more difficult to increase the number of jobs

The increase in net employment was mainly reflected in self-employment and flexible employment. Slow re-employment preferential policy

In terms of implementing the re-employment preferential policies, there are widespread problems in all counties and districts that are afraid of affecting the collection of taxes and fees, and accounting for small accounts. Some places have been severely closed in handling industrial and commercial business licenses, and some have introduced restrictive measures, resulting in laid-off unemployment. The function of the community labor security work platform is not working well.

Although the labor, social security work platforms of the streets, towns and communities in our city have been established, the county and districts have not set up full-time staff as required to solve the office space. Most institutions generally have no funds, no venues, no equipment and so on. Community workers have a large workload, low wages, and low enthusiasm for work, which have affected the normal development of grassroots labor security work in the city.

Laid-off and unemployed people’s employment concept is old
