Baicun Demonstration Project

The construction of “100 Village Demonstration Project” in our county, combined with the poverty alleviation direction of the whole village promoted by the province and the state, each village group arranged about 150,000 yuan for the construction of facilities such as leeches, biogas, roads and villagers' activity rooms. This year, townships and towns reported 197 villager groups that need to implement the “100 Village Demonstration Project”. Scale cattle raising

Bamboo industry cultivation

The bamboo pulp and pulp integration project of 308,000 mu of bamboo forest base has been planned to the Shantou block. Bamboo seedlings, fertilizers and labor costs are provided by Tianzhu Company. At present, various preliminary calculations and assessments have been completed. Planning approval and construction of industrial parks

1. Key planning

Planning of the administrative center and the hall: The administrative center is planned and designed by Yunnan Tianyi Design Company. The planned land is 280 mu. The original planning layout includes municipal buildings, halls, museums, trade unions, kindergartens and other buildings. The municipal building covers an area of ​​50 mu. The building is a five-storey, 22-meter-high curved modern building, including 59 departments of the county party committee, the people's congress, the government, the CPPCC, and various bureaus, with 1,030 people. The outdoor area includes evacuation plaza, parking lot, green water body, etc. The total construction area is 16680m2; the design of the hall is a two-storey 15-meter high modern building covering an area of ​​15 acres, including the conference center building, evacuation plaza and parking lot. Reconstruction plan of the old city: The architectural style of the old city is mainly based on the imitation of Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the transformation, it adheres to the planning guiding ideology of “respecting history, taking care of reality and facing the future” and the idea of ​​restricting sporadic reconstruction and promoting contiguous development. The construction details of the Weng Road are determined to determine the current situation of the Weng Road route. In accordance with the principles of these two plans, the county government has strictly controlled the sporadic construction and reconstruction of the old city in the past two years.

Planning of the newly built Tiancheng Middle School: The Tiancheng Middle School Planning and Construction Leading Group passed the on-site reconnaissance site selection. The newly built Tiancheng Middle School site was fixed at the Xiaoshishe of the West District Renting House, with a planned land area of ​​300 mu. 2. Key project construction

Cultural and sports center project: As of the end of April, the main frame of A and B sections, brickwork, interior wall plastering, ground backfill, hydropower, etc. have been completed; door and window installation, indoor and outdoor decoration have not yet started; C section is completed. Expansion project of the second water plant: The expansion scale of the second water plant was designed according to 30,000 tons/day and was constructed in phases. The recent project is implemented on a scale of 15,000 tons/day. The preliminary design estimate is 21.164 million yuan, including civil engineering, equipment procurement and installation engineering and water supply pipe network expansion. At present, the construction of civil engineering, equipment procurement and installation projects started. The bid price for civil construction construction was 5,211.8 thousand yuan, and the contract price for equipment procurement and installation project was 6,654,400 yuan, totaling 11.868 million yuan. The entire project won a total of 8 million yuan of national debt funds. . From the start of construction on June 6, 2004 to April 30, 2005, 95% of the total amount of civil works has been completed, and all equipment purchased by the water purification plant has been put into operation. The installation and commissioning of the equipment has been completed by about 60%. It was installed at the end of May and was completed and accepted at the end of June.

Construction of Qinglai Road: Qinglai Road was originally planned to be two roadways, a pedestrian street and four rows of commercial houses, totaling 113 meters wide, and planned to be a Ming-style style building. After the development and construction of the red tobacco enterprise, construction began in 2004, the roadbed has been completed, and road construction is underway.

Construction of the garbage treatment plant: The new site is selected from the loess slope 7 km away from the northeastern suburb of the county town. The scale is 220 tons per day, the storage capacity is 1.9 million tons, the service life is 20 years, and the estimated investment is 35 million yuan. At present, the environmental protection evaluation information has been sent to the provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, and the feasibility study has been sent to the Provincial Planning Commission. After the approval of the Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau, the Provincial Planning Commission will organize the feasibility study review and demonstration.

Construction of key towns: Zhuyuan Town Sanna Line renovation project total length of 750m2, total investment of 1.7 million yuan, asphalt pavement, started construction on October 16, 2004, completed on January 30 this year, has been put into use The construction plan of the town of Pengpu is doing preparatory work; the Xingfa Village of Xinshao Town has completed the revision of the plan.

Road traffic construction

3. Rural road construction

3. Construction of the reservoir reinforcement project

Baiyun Reservoir Reinforcement Project: The Preliminary Design Report has been approved by the State Water Resources Bureau with a total investment of 25.08 million yuan. Source of funds: 70% of the central subsidies, 30% of the state and county support, and the matching ratio of the state and the county is 4:6.
