About the implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law.

Innovate management systems, improve work procedures, and standardize the operation of administrative licenses. We will do a good job in the implementation of the administrative licensing supervision and responsibility system, strengthen the hierarchical supervision within the administrative organs, and strengthen the supervision of the administrative licensing enforcement agencies on the licensee's activities in the administrative licensing activities. Establish and improve the legal liability system, strictly follow the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law, and investigate the illegal responsibilities and the illegal implementation of administrative licensing, and the act of not performing supervision duties after the implementation of the permit, and investigate the legal responsibility of the directly responsible person and other directly responsible personnel.
About the implementation of the Administrative Punishment Law.
