Before the festival, in order to purify the passenger transportation environment and ensure the timely evacuation of passengers during the festival, under the personal guidance of the bureau and department leaders, our team organized a special rectification campaign for passenger transportation order on the 28th, 29th and 30th. The operation consists of 130 battalions of the inspection team and some staff members of the department. The focus is on monitoring and management of Liuhua District, New Baiyun International Airport, Shatai Road, Qikou Station, Fangcun Station and Tianhe Station. 1. 2. Around the passenger station is a place where illegally operated vehicles are concentrated. Some vehicles often take passengers around the passenger station. Among them, Fangcun, Qikou and Tianhe passenger stations are the most serious, which not only disturbs the normal operational order, but also causes Traffic jam. Although the teams severely cracked down on the "black stations and ticket points" in the surrounding areas of the main station for three consecutive days on September 28, 29, and 30, there are still many pull-ups waiting for visitors. Many "black sites" are unobtrusive. They use bus connections and other methods to attract passengers in their peripheral vehicles. Some illegal ticketing points and passenger waiting bases have formed a certain scale.

Punching cards and anti-law phenomena still exist. When inspecting illegal vehicles at passenger stations such as Qikou and Tianhe, the team members repeatedly encountered violent anti-law behaviors such as forced card punching, which caused great threat to the personal safety of the auditors and brought great difficulties to law enforcement.
