First, carefully deploy and focus on implementation to ensure that the entire activity is carried out in an orderly manner.

Just after the Spring Festival, the party committee of our bureau held a meeting to study and deploy visits and consultation activities, carefully formulate activity plans, and clarify the guiding ideology, work objectives, visits, visits, work measures and work requirements of the activities. In order to ensure the tangible results of the activities, we mainly focus on the following three aspects:

Political workers, offices, inspectors and other departments, in accordance with the overall progress requirements, promptly through the online reminders, telephone interrogation, field guidance and other forms, to urge the progress of various departments. At the same time, the county bureau also opened a special issue of the consultation and consultation activities in the work style construction briefing and the public security briefing, introduced the good experiences and practices of each unit, strengthened the guidance on the surface, introduced the typical roads, and promoted the in-depth development of the global visit and consultation activities. In order to broadly understand the social conditions and public opinion, and to identify the weak links of public security work, since the end of February, the whole police of the bureau has participated in the visit and concentrated on the consultation and suggestions for people from all walks of life.

Close to the people, sincerely seek advice. In order to solicit opinions and suggestions from the public, the opinions and suggestions for consultation are objective, comprehensive and accurate, and truly represent the voice of the people. The results of the visit show that while people from all walks of life are fully affirming the work of the county public security organs in recent years, they also point out the problems and deficiencies in the county's public security work and team building. For example, in terms of social security, 36% and 28% of the population respectively reported that the current prominent public security problem is theft and gambling; 38.6% of the population reported that the current entertainment venues, especially the Internet cafes around the campus, and the management of the game room are chaotic. . In terms of public security work and team building, 42% of the people reported that the 110 police station was weakened and the police were slow; 26% of the people reported that it was difficult to see the police in the county community and the countryside; nearly 10% of the people reflected the individual police The image is not good, there is a "four difficulties" phenomenon; 25% of the people reflect that the quality of the joint defense team is poor. In terms of law enforcement cases, 58% of the people think that the quality of law enforcement cases handled by public security organs in our county is generally poor or poor. In addition, all sectors of society and the people of the people also requested to solve 42 specific problems or cases, which provided a strong basis for a comprehensive and objective analysis of the status quo of public security, public security work and team building in our county, and also pointed out that we should do a good job in public security work. direction.

In the overall situation, seeking public security development. While extensively soliciting opinions and suggestions from all walks of life and the people, the bureau also placed itself in the horizontal comparison of the county party and government organs and placed them in the vertical comparison of the city's public security system. At the beginning of March, the bureau and the departments directly under the bureau went to the counterparts of the Yangzhou Municipal Bureau to understand the quality of the work of the department, the existing deficiencies and the location, and listened carefully to the guidance of the higher authorities. For some people who have reflected the problems affecting the image of the public security organs, we insisted on being really hard-working, and we did not let them solve them seriously. The owner of a leisure center reflected that the maintenance team member Shimou often took a white bath. After investigation, Shimou was transferred to the town construction office in March. Since last year, he has owed a total of 240 yuan. The police station and the Urban Management Office have coordinated several times to study and implement the handling opinions.
