First, with the continuous reduction of state institutions and the pace of reform of the court system, the old business talents of our hospital have entered the later years and gradually retired. In addition, after China's accession to the WTO, China's legal system construction will inevitably lead to the integration of the international community. . In order to establish a strong learning atmosphere within the court to ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the state machine, and to avoid the contradiction between engineering and learning, and the lack of business talents, our hospital decided to build our business information room in the near future. . This move has received the support of the municipal government. Under the request of our hospital, the municipal government promptly allocated 50,000 yuan for the construction of the business book data room, which greatly facilitated the work and study of our school. In the case of reducing the funding for schooling, it can also upgrade the charging personnel in time.

Second, for more than half a century, with the extensive trials and other work carried out, all kinds of archives have been flooded into the original archives of our hospital. The original archives are set on the fourth floor of the old office building of the court, with an area of ​​only 45. In square meters, there are ten columns and 30 sets of dense cabinets for storing files. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the legal awareness of citizens and legal persons, the number of litigation cases filed in the city courts is more than 2,000 each year, and the trend is increasing year by year. The original file-intensive cabinets can no longer meet the needs of storage, plus the scoring The small space is not conducive to the preservation of archives, but also reduces the use value of archival materials. The expansion of the archives has reached an urgent point. The research and development team of the scholastics decided to improve and expand the archives in the near future. However, the most urgent task is the lack of funds. Under the request of our hospital, the municipal government quickly allocated 150,000 yuan for the urgent need to improve the expansion, quickly solved the problem, and successfully completed the expansion of the new archives room. The archive room area was expanded to 100 square meters, and the number of cabinets increased to 15 columns. Fifteen groups, and set up a special file review room. Strengthened file management, improved storage measures, and created favorable conditions for improving the efficiency of file utilization.

Third, in recent years, our hospital has increased the pace of capital construction in the trial courts and the people's courts. In addition to the trial court reconstruction and expansion, we have also newly built the trial office buildings of the Dazhuang court and the Dongshan two grassroots people's courts. The office environment conditions at the grassroots level have also been greatly improved. Because the construction of the two courts in our hospital has been funded by the construction unit. The required construction funds, although more than 3 million yuan has been invested in the multi-party financing of our hospital, but still has a gap of more than 8 million yuan. The grim situation of the shortage of funds has made the normal development of various tasks constantly being clamped down. However, no matter how severe the difficulties are faced, it is impossible for the people's courts as state machines to close the case or put the case on hold. After the hospital asked the city government for the dilemma, the municipal government gave a subsidy of 200,000 yuan in time according to the actual situation of the serious shortage of funds for the construction of the two courts, effectively alleviating the serious debts of our hospital, close to closing the door or refusing to accept the case. We will ensure the normal development of trials and other work, so that the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations will be protected as they should.
