To this end, our center has started from the current situation of comprehensive management work for half a year, and has paid close attention to the following aspects:
1. Strengthen legal education. Strengthening legal education among employees is an important reason why our center has achieved good results in recent years. In order to increase the leadership of the legal education work, our center attaches great importance to the construction of institutions and teams. Every time we practice the law, our center will adjust or enrich the law-enforcement leadership and distribute it to all units in the form of files. This year is the fifth year of the national "Four-Five" legal education. At the same time, Premier Wen Jiabao issued the Order No. 421 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, "Regulations on Internal Security of Enterprises and Institutions" was promulgated and implemented. In the past year, our center has adopted columns and blackboards. In the form of newspapers, videos and other forms of legal education, the study and implementation of the "Regulations on Internal Security of Enterprises and Institutions", the cadres at the deputy level or above in the center also participated in the "Four-Five" law-enforcement examination organized by the city. At the same time, our center also starts from strengthening the legal awareness of employees and improving the legal level of employees, closely combining the characteristics of the business work of the center, and often carries out the "Real Estate Law", "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Property Rights and Births" and "Marriage Law" for all employees. The study and training of laws, regulations and related policies such as the Inheritance Law, by inviting the Vice-Chancellor of the Municipal Party Committee, Gong Shuqing, the Vice-President of the Court, and the professional lawyers employed by the Center for many years, on the duties, tasks, laws and regulations of this advanced nature activity. 2. The maintenance center is stable. 3. As the largest real estate transaction service window in the city, the center has always strictly adhered to the “Quality Service Window” standard since its establishment, and strives to build a high-level window with excellent business, excellent style and first-class service. In order to further activate the real estate market, facilitate people to apply for real estate transactions and housing ownership registration procedures, regulate market management, and improve work efficiency. The Center is guided by the Ministry of Construction and the Provincial Construction Department to simplify the procedures for real estate transactions and housing ownership registration. The spirit of the Opinions, the procedures for the registration of ownership, transfer and change of various types of houses, especially the registration of mortgages, have been simplified as far as possible within the statutory scope, and the processing time has been compressed as much as possible, and The content and duration of the change will adjust the original service commitment. 2. A breakthrough was achieved in the construction of the comprehensive leadership group. 3. Achieved a breakthrough in the work of the service center.
