The emotional version of "Family Parenting" magazine and "Healthy Reading", "Science and Education", "Livestock and Poultry", "Happy Pet", "Health Guide" belong to a company, each magazine has its own independent editorial department. The pursuit of economic interests is also the most fundamental driving force for the development of magazines. For the "Family Parenting" emotional magazine in my internship, there are several similar magazines in China, such as "Friends", "Marriage and Family", "Lover" and so on. Therefore, there is also a fierce competition on this cake. As we all know, magazines such as "Friends" and "Marriage and Family" are old magazines that have been founded for decades. The years of operation have made these magazines have a good reputation and a deep public foundation. The emotional version of Family Parenting is still on the rise. The magazine's approach is to improve the overall quality of the manuscripts on the one hand. The editorial department of my department not only carefully selects the manuscripts that are true, touching, and beautifully written from numerous submissions, but also carefully edits and proofreads through editors. . The US editor has also been working hard to improve the visual effects of the magazine. On the other hand, relying on the company's customer resources to do a good job in the distribution. The management of the magazine has had a profound impact on me, and my experience in self-management has also deeply touched me. The time to go to work is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The address of the magazine is near the Anzhen Bridge in Chaoyang District. I have to squeeze into the 300-way bus that is known for the crowded Zhongqingyuan to go to work. About an hour away. Usually at school, if you have no class in the morning, you have to sleep late, and get up very late. Now I have to get up early every day and get stuck in the bus early. Although it is time to go to work at nine o'clock, time seems to have come. But this must ignore the factors of traffic jams. I should have more time to avoid having to make myself awkward. This puts new demands on my time management. It's not just the wake up time in the morning. For example, when to eat, when to sleep, there must be new arrangements. Going to work from Monday to Friday also has a great impact on the time of washing clothes and sports. The usual class schedule was abolished at the end of the semester, and the test form was also abolished. I rescheduled myself with a timetable. Get up at 6 o'clock in the morning, wash, relax, and arrange for half an hour, eat breakfast at 6:30, wait for the bus at 7 o'clock, go to the unit at about 8:30, clean up the office and work in 15 minutes, then have lunch at 12 o'clock. Half an hour for lunch break, work half past one, work at five, work for dinner at half past six, half an hour at 7:30, two hours at nine o'clock, and go to bed at eleven o'clock. At the beginning, although the internship brought a lot of excitement to myself, the sudden change of this lifestyle brought a lot of discomfort to myself. In addition, there have been new changes in the arrangements on Saturday and Sunday. Generally speaking, since the time for going to work is relatively fixed, the time arrangement is relatively fixed; I concentrate on my own time activities, and there are not so many social and community activities to disrupt my time schedule.

Time management is just one aspect of self-management. During the internship, I also had plans and arrangements for learning. The magazine editorial department is a relatively easy department. It takes only a short period of time to publish a magazine every month, and the rest of the time is relatively relaxed. Although I need to sit in the office to work, there are still a lot of time for my own arrangements. For us, because we are tightly involved in social practice, there are some more difficult tasks that do not need to be done by me. Usually, they are reviewing manuscripts, manuscripts, and school journals. Therefore, I have arranged more time myself. I spent a lot of time learning from the three teachers in the editorial department. Through past experience and this internship, I feel more and more that the society and the market really need talents with multiple abilities and multiple knowledge. Therefore, the ability and skills needed to master an editorial position through a one-month internship has become me. The clearest and most important goal of social practice. I quickly learned some editorial knowledge and also participated in some major editorial work.

In social practice, I am increasingly aware of the importance of interpersonal relationships. The society with economic interests as the center is completely different from the school. Interpersonal relationships are quite important and quite complicated. Especially in an unfamiliar environment, especially if you are not familiar with everything, you should do a good job of interpersonal relationships. The magazines of the company are all on the same floor, which gives me more opportunities to interact and communicate with them. The usual respect for them and the humility of their work made me quickly integrate into them. In particular, a few young big brothers and sisters not only teach us how to do a good job, but also teach us how to get along with the leaders. I also talked to them about the life and study of the school and listened to their suggestions. Later, it was as close as a classmate in the school.

Through this social practice, I also got a deeper understanding of public management from a perspective outside the profession. Not only did he learn a lot of knowledge of word processing, he learned how to communicate, but also learned some practical experience in public management. I believe this is very important for my future development.
