In addition, the survey also showed that “stable, no risk” is still a factor that women's job seekers are more valued. 72.2% of the girls surveyed agree that “doing well is better than marrying well”, among which “choose very agree” and “compare” The agreement was 19.4% and 52.8% respectively. From the survey and recruitment site, female college students' attention to pay has been reduced. Among the six issues that are most concerned about job hunting, this factor ranks only fourth in the proportion of 12.3%, and the “promotion of further education opportunities” ranks the first.
