In the work, we first strengthened the construction of the team of the Communist Youth League. I also collect a wide range of traffic ethics from all youths. Organize everyone to sing the moral group songs, constantly improve the ideological and moral standards, and the team has improved significantly. Last year, on behalf of the Qingdao area, I participated in the “five-ratio” technical competition of 17 detachments and 145 stations of the province’s traffic inspection system, and won the first place. In October last year, I stood in Qingdao for the ninth. During the period of traffic inspection and law enforcement training and assessment, he won the first prize and was well received by the superiors.

In addition, in fulfilling our commitments, we also launched a service column that provides service-oriented cards, hot water, notebooks, and guides. The third is to implement the first-inquiry responsibility system and sincerely serve the business. In the work, we take the new service concept of creating image and creating brand as the starting point, changing “improving service” to “perfecting service”, and effectively establishing the concept of “service is in quality, image is more important in life”. In addition to implementing the first-inquiry responsibility system, we have also set up a “car owner's reception room”, which is equipped with convenient facilities such as drinking fountains, rest chairs, convenience umbrellas, and convenience papers, and arranges special personnel to receive the customers who come to consult. The industry has a kind of warmth to home. In response to the energetic and active thinking of young members, we have continued to strengthen the construction of positions and carry out colorful activities. At the same time, we often carry out patriotism, teamwork and socialist education. Using the Ching Ming Festival, we organized youth league members to hold special group day activities at the Martyrs Cemetery and the Dazeshan Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall to carry out revolutionary traditional education. Through the theme activities such as "promoting the spirit of the May Fourth Movement, strengthening the ideals and beliefs", "youth - the new century", and "new dedication to the new century", the youth activities of the youth members have been carried out and achieved good results.

Whenever the Ministry of Communications, the Provincial Communications Department and the provincial government introduce new traffic regulations, we must take to the streets, set up a traffic regulation information desk, and carry out publicity in various forms in urban areas, so that traffic laws are well popularized.
