Our school is a small rural center. There are 164 students in the school. Most of the students are rural children. Although parents have high expectations for their children, most parents cannot provide a good learning environment and parent education. The amount of family collections is limited. The central school has 13 faculty members. Although the class teacher is dedicated but has good quality, the department lacks characteristic teachers and does not have the conditions to create artistic features. Most teachers can't take the initiative to study and improve their ability. In the face of this situation, combined with the actual situation of our school, in line with the principle of “providing motivation for the sustainable development of students and expanding the way for teachers to continuously improve”, the creation of Shuxiang Campus will be the breakthrough point for the establishment of characteristic schools in our school, so that the school is While highlighting the solid foundation and bright ideas of running a school, Zhang Yang has a unique personality and established a school campus with the characteristics of our school.

1. The campus environment is full of books. Including the learning environment and leisure environment, let teachers and students learn while growing up and learn in leisure.

Create a booky environment and create a reading atmosphere

1. On the campus, the ancient poetry murals that complement the school-based curriculum of our school are arranged. The ancient poetry combined with pictures and texts is used to show the students the splendid ancient culture, to attract them to interpret the allusions of each ancient poem, the connotation of each picture, and make full use of it. Students' random attention allows them to learn and accumulate inadvertently.

2. Open an open book corner in each classroom. The library will be replaced regularly by the school library. Students will fill in the books and book exchange records themselves, and fully implement self-management. The famous words on the wall and the flowers on the bookshelf complement each other, and the floral fragrance is accompanied by a book, which makes reading more free and comfortable.

3. Arrange a comfortable and beautiful teacher reading room to make reading a pleasure. Teacher reading is the key to creating a scholarly campus. Only by enriching the connotation and foundation of teachers, students can have correct guidance in order to make students read profoundly. The teacher reading room is a comprehensive place for teachers' leisure, salon discussion and reading exchange.

4. Constructing ancient poems with distinctive features on the campus. The walls are engraved with inspirational ancient scriptures and ancient poetry. The trees are shaded and the flowers and trees are prosperous. It is available for teachers and students to study and exchange here. It will become a strong part of our school to create a scholarly campus.

Implementing the book to lead, causing reading interest

1. Hold a reading lecture every month, combine the teachers' lectures and purchase CDs. The lectures of this school focus on the combination of school reality and school life, with good book recommendation and reading guidance; CCTV's "100 lectures" and "Mr. Books and other excellent columns are recommended to teachers and students to enhance the reading quality of teachers and students.

3. 5. Open up the campus book trading market, allowing students to exchange books with books, which not only increases the amount of students' reading, but also reduces the expenditure on buying books. At the same time, it also conforms to the reading psychology of "books can't be read."

Building a book stage and showing the results of reading

1. A fourth- and fifth-grade reading knowledge contest is held every semester. The preliminary test takes a written test. All the students participate in the competition. The finals take the form of oral communication. Students are selected according to the preliminary results. The finals will be displayed to the whole school students, so that students can see the side. The role model encourages the enthusiasm of all students.

2. A teacher reading activity is held every academic year. All the teachers participate in the event. The form of the activity depends on the situation. The school gives rewards and assessment points to the outstanding teachers in the reading activities.

3. Organize campus reading festival activities, group exhibitions and personal exhibitions, through the reading festival activities, sum up and promote the experience in the construction of the scholarly campus, find the deficiencies, and timely adjust the construction of the school's characteristic schools.
