Implementation plan for construction activities


In order to strengthen the construction of education, standardize the school-running and teacher-educational behaviors, change the work style, purify the educational environment, and promote the harmonious development of education. According to the spirit and requirements of the district education bureau, combined with the actual work of our school, this implementation plan is formulated.

First, the guiding ideology

Guided by the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, we conscientiously implement the requirements of the District Education Bureau on strengthening the work of building the work style, thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept, strengthening the construction of teachers' morality, strengthening the openness of school affairs, and standardizing school-running behavior. Focus on regulating the behavior of fees, continuously strengthen the construction of school education, manage the education that the people are satisfied with, and establish a good image of school education.

Second, the activity content

1. Construction of cadres

Strengthen the work style of school cadres, strengthen study, improve the ideological quality and professional quality of cadres, and recognize the importance of standardizing school, teaching according to law, and efficient administration, and playing a good role in demonstrating the whole school.

2. Teacher team building

Implementing the "China's Small Teachers' Professional Ethics Standards", further strengthening the construction of teachers' professional ethics, and comprehensively improving the level of teachers' morality and teacher-level construction;

Promote teacher education in an all-round way, update concepts, improve literacy, improve the ability and level of teaching and educating people, and attach importance to and strengthen the teaching level of teachers;

Standardize the teacher's teaching behavior. All teachers signed the "Commitment Letter of School Construction"

Caring for teachers, respecting teachers, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers in teaching and educating people, and constantly improving teachers' work and learning conditions.

3. School affairs disclosure

Increase the openness of school affairs and promote the democratic management and scientific management of schools;

Establish and improve school management rules and regulations, and open and transparent major issues;

A fee-based publicity system is implemented.

4. Standardized education fees

Strictly implement education fees and standards and eliminate arbitrary charges;

Implement the free policy and education-friendly policies for compulsory education, and implement a student-assisted system for students from economically disadvantaged families;

Students are not charged for sponsorship fees, tuition fees, etc.

5, standardize school behavior

Strictly control the time for students to concentrate on teaching activities in schools;

Strict implementation of national curriculum plans;

Strictly stop illegal activities in compulsory education.

Third, the main measures

Propaganda stage

1. Develop a plan and do a good job of publicity

We convened a mobilization meeting for the construction of the school's work style, learned relevant archives on the development of democratic appraisal activities, and discussed and formulated the “Implementation Plan for the Construction of ** National Small Winds”.

2. Establish a leading group

The school set up a leading group for the construction of work style, organized the implementation of school work style construction, and supervised and inspected the implementation of the construction of teachers.

Organizational implementation phase

1. Seriously implement. In accordance with the requirements of the “Democracy Appraisal and Construction” activities of the Education Bureau, we will do a good job in all stages of work and carry out self-examination and self-correction activities.

2. Accept supervision. At any time, we accept the random inspections, unannounced visits, and questionnaire surveys conducted by the municipal and district education bureaus and other departments at all levels to carry out “democracy evaluation and behavior” activities.

3. Focus on rectification. In view of the outstanding problems in the supervision, find the gap and analyze the reasons. In accordance with the requirements of various norms and management, formulate rectification plans, improve improvement measures, implement rectification responsibilities, and effectively solve practical problems.

4. Supervision and evaluation. Through the establishment of the suggestion box, the school publishes the report phone, visits the parents and other means to accept the supervision feedback from the parents and the community.

Inspection summary stage

Use a variety of forms to collect opinions and suggestions, analyze existing problems, formulate corrective measures, improve and improve relevant systems, improve work style, and strengthen the school spirit. A teacher democracy symposium was held, and each teacher looked for deficiencies and problems in the work, the effects of rectification, and plans for future work.

Fourth, work requirements

1. Unify thinking and understanding. All teachers should fully understand the importance of democratic appraisal of political and ethical activities, attach great importance to it, treat it correctly, be serious and actively participate, and ensure the smooth progress of the event. The teacher in charge of the class should publicize the importance of the construction of education and work to students and parents, so that all students and parents can actively cooperate and take the initiative to participate.

2. Do "three combinations." Combine democratic evaluation of political and wind activities with the construction of teachers' morality; combine with the teaching work of the school; combine with strengthening management to improve the quality and taste of the school. All faculty and staff should closely integrate the construction of education and the promotion of science, take the lead in the development of the school and do their job well, and effectively carry out the "review" activities and promote the smooth progress of the school's work.

3. Highlight key points and strengthen effectiveness. To standardize the behavior of running schools, promote the rights and interests of students, and enhance the people's satisfaction with education as the starting point to realize the scientific, harmonious and connotative development of education.
