Building a campus safety material culture

Starting from the optimization of campus planning and construction, strictly in accordance with the "Regulations for the Construction of Small Rural Buildings in China" and the "Guidelines for the Planning and Design of Reconstructed Schools after the Wenchuan Earthquake", scientifically plan the layout of campus building facilities, strictly implement the functional division of campus, strictly Conduct a “three simultaneous” review of the construction project to ensure that the campus safety facilities are “three standards” and “three implementations”.

“Three standards”: the safety of school buildings is up to standard – no hidden dangers, no dangerous houses, dangerous walls, dangerous places, school doors and walls; there are canteens and toilets that meet the requirements of health and safety; there are classrooms that meet the teaching needs of teachers and students. The laboratory, library, and campus police room are equipped with health rooms as required.

Campus facilities and equipment safety standards - there are stadiums and activity equipment that meet the needs of education and teaching activities and no safety hazards, with fire protection facilities, lightning protection facilities, campus alarm points and other physical defense facilities, necessary technical defense device. School drinking water sources, water quality, and water supply facilities meet the standards, and school buses and drivers are in compliance with relevant regulations. The doors, windows, podiums, desks, and student beds on the campus are neat and tidy.

The safety environment around the campus meets the standards - there are traffic warning signs, markings and signs at the entrance of the road, and there are safety fences and signs in the surrounding ponds and canals. There are no commercial Internet cafes, dance halls and dangerous places within 200 meters of the campus. Chemical warehouses, business stations, no mess, random construction, random piles, no small stalls without licenses, etc., clean environment, green and beautiful.

“Three implementations” means: implementation of campus safety management personnel – the full-time and part-time management staff of school gates, student apartments, and school canteens must be implemented, with corresponding functional responsibilities and a complete management system.

Campus security propaganda positions are implemented – there are fixed campus security propaganda columns, seasonal campus safety propaganda slogans, campus safety hazard warning signs, class safety bulletin boards, and a strong safety culture atmosphere.

Implementation of campus safety education textbooks - Schools have safety education teachers' books and teaching CDs, and classes have a set of student books and wall charts. It is necessary to implement safety education hours and teachers, to have plans and summaries, to have teaching plans or handouts, to have knowledge testing and assessment.

Create a campus security system culture

In combination with the actual situation of the school, the school security account, safety management system and emergency response plan are continuously revised and improved, the school safety management responsibilities are decomposed, and the safety management responsibility network is established horizontally to the side and vertically. Standardize the culture of campus safety behavior

1. Standardize safety management behavior.
