Employee performance appraisal implementation plan


First, the purpose of the assessment:

Standardize and improve employees' service awareness and service standards, improve employees' work ability and work enthusiasm through assessment, and use the leverage of the economy to promote the continuous improvement of service quality, management level and economic benefits, and ensure the work of the head office. The goal was successfully completed.

Second, the assessment principle:

1. Standardization and standardization of service behavior;

2. Level-by-level assessment and unified assessment;

3. Fair, just and open.

Third, the assessment object: all employees of the property management office.

Fourth, the assessment rules:

1. Appraisers: The project supervisors are the main appraisers; the company's Quality Assurance Department and the Human Resources Department are responsible for assessing the daily work follow-up, supervision and execution of the project.

2. Assessment period: once a month.

3. Basis for assessment: the company's various rules and regulations, the normative files of each operation manual; evaluate the completion of the individual's key work in the month.

4. Assessment content:

Labor discipline: Whether there are any late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism on the attendance, and compliance with the company's rules and regulations;

Work situation: workload, work attitude, work performance and owner satisfaction;

Safety aspect: whether there is an accident during the work process;

Execution: the completion of the company's project tasks and the innovations in its implementation;

Etiquette image: whether the behavior is civilized, whether the service language is appropriate, and whether the clothing is appropriate;

Finished product protection: equipment with or without loss, defects, maintenance of public facilities;

Leadership and decision-making power: handling of daily affairs and emergencies, command and dispatch of the department's human, material, and financial resources, the overall combat effectiveness of the department, and the determination and adjustment of major activities of the department;

5. Inspection method: The supervisor is inspected daily, and the property director randomly checks randomly from time to week. The company's quality assurance department and other functional departments randomly check.

Special note: If there is any obstruction or falsification during the inspection process, it will be doubled if the confirmation is true.

6. Assessment program:

On the 25th of each month, the heads of various departments will summarize the "Monthly Assessment Form" and report it to the director for review;

The Quality Assurance Department will inspect and photograph the records, and the random assessment records of other relevant functional departments will be handed over to the special personnel, and the scores will be reported to the Human Resources Department, and finally by the personnel evaluation.
