First, the overall requirements

In accordance with the requirements of the municipal party committee's "new liberation, new leap, new rise" large-scale discussion activities, we will supervise the development of the city's large-scale discussion activities, and focus on supervising the organization, leadership, work deployment and development of the large-scale discussion activities, especially the exchange of learning results. Second, the main task

The Steering Group is working under the leadership of the Leading Group of the City Congress. The main tasks are:

2. Understand the deployment and development of large-scale discussion activities at various localities and units, and report the situation to the leading group of the large-scale discussion activities in a timely manner;

4. Discover and summarize the advanced experience of the big discussion activities.

Third, the supervision method

1. Listen to the work report of the supervised unit;
2. Check the archives and meeting records of the big discussion activities;
3. Participate in the learning achievement exchange meeting according to the actual situation and attend the living meeting of the supervised unit;
4. Hold a symposium of representatives of grassroots units to understand the development of the activities;
5. Conduct spot checks and inspections at the grassroots units.

Fourth, supervision division of labor

County Supervisor: Set up 3 supervision teams, each of which is responsible for 3 counties

Direct supervision by the municipal government: In accordance with the list of the liaison group of the party organization of the municipal government, five supervisory teams will be established, each of which will be responsible for 10-15 units.

The county and municipal direct supervision teams are organized by the municipal leadership discussion group, with 4 members in each group, of which the team leader is the cadre at the department level.

Supervision of enterprises and universities: The Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission is responsible for the supervision of municipal management enterprises, and the Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for the supervision of municipal administrations. The Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Municipal Education Bureau have put forward specific implementation plans and implemented them after the approval of the leading group for the discussion.

V. Relevant requirements

1. The members of the supervision team will leave the work of the original unit and participate in the relevant meetings held by the leading group of the large-scale discussion activities as required to complete the tasks.

2. The supervision team shall fully grasp the situation of the discussion activities of various localities and units, especially the investigation and rectification, and report to the leading group in a timely manner.

3. Each county shall provide corresponding office and living conditions for the supervision team to carry out work. The supervision of the municipal government is responsible for providing the corresponding office and living conditions by the lead unit of the Party Organization Liaison Group of the Municipal Working Committee.
