"My low carbon life" activity implementation plan

Second, the purpose and significance of the event

Through scientific investigation and experience activities, young people will master basic scientific knowledge and skills, experience the process and methods of scientific inquiry activities, cultivate a good scientific attitude, and develop preliminary scientific inquiry capabilities.

On the basis of improving the spirit of innovation and practical ability, we should give full play to the role of young people's science and technology education activities in promoting the ideological and moral construction of minors, foster youth team awareness and collaboration spirit, enhance the sense of youth social responsibility, and improve the ideological and moral quality of young people.

Third, the activity content and implementation steps

1. Activity start-up phase: May-June

In accordance with the local conditions, we will develop scientific research experience activities with rich content and novel forms. The event kick-off ceremony was held and the event was promoted through various media.

2. Survey experience stage: June-August

Students from all over the country will conduct scientific investigation and experience activities in units of families, groups and classes. At the same time, you can record the experience of the survey in the form of dv, photography, etc., and participate in the "My Low Carbon Life" Science and Video Festival.

Log in to the "My Low Carbon Life" special website of the Youth Creative Center of China Digital Science and Technology Museum and participate in online activities according to the information on the page. Learn about low-carbon life and experience the fun of activities while you are happy.

Units and students can submit event information and event results via the Internet or by mail, as required by the Activity Handbook. Units or students who participate in the event and provide feedback and results as required will receive a reward. The organizer encourages organizations to submit event information and results in an organized manner.

The organizer will organize experts to summarize and analyze the submitted activity information and activity results. The results of the analysis and the excellent activities will be shown to the society during the “National Science Day” event in September 2019.

Fourth, auxiliary means

In order to facilitate the organization and guidance of students to participate in activities, the China Association for Science and Technology Youth Science and Technology Center has produced an "Activity Manual" for reference. All units and students can obtain the Activity Manual in the following ways:

3. The organizer will distribute a certain number of printed editions of the “Event Manual” and event promotional materials to the provincial organizers.
