It is mainly based on undergraduate graduates from higher normal colleges and other public full-time colleges and universities, and recruits a small number of professional graduates from the province.

Obtained teacher qualifications, with more than half a year of education and teaching experience, and undergraduate graduates from public full-time colleges and universities under the age of 26.

Those who have participated in the "Student Volunteer Service Western Project", volunteers with teaching experience, and undergraduate students from teachers' colleges who have participated in internship teaching for more than half a year are preferred under the same conditions.

Applicants should meet both teacher qualification requirements and job requirements.

The registration period for junior college students is from March 31st to April 11th, and the undergraduate registration time is from March 31st to April 16th. Applicants fill out the "Gansu Province 2019 Teacher Special Post Registration Form", and the provincial college graduates will submit the "Application Form" to the graduate employment management department, and the school will submit it to the Provincial Education Department Teacher's Office according to the requirements; After the online enrollment of qualified undergraduate graduates, the “Enrollment Form” will be faxed to the Teacher's Office of the Education Department of Gansu Province. When the interview is submitted, the “Application Form” will be submitted to the county assessment team.

The selection of junior college students consists of two parts: a written test and an interview. The written examination is organized by the provincial unified examination. Examination time: April 19th, 8:30 am to 11:00 am, the test location is in principle at the school. The implementation of the “plan” is combined with the “Master of Rural School Education Master Training Program”. Special post teachers who meet the requirements of the corresponding requirements may be recommended to study for a master's degree in education. The three-year employment period of the special post teacher is regarded as the three-year grassroots teaching practice required by the “Cultural Education Program for Rural School Education”.

After the expiration of the service period, the special post teachers who voluntarily stay in the local school and continue to teach and pass the examination, the county must be responsible for the implementation of the job, and include their salary distribution in the local financial system to ensure that they enjoy the same treatment as local teachers. Seven, funding arrangements

The funds required for the “plan” are jointly undertaken by the central and local governments, with the central government as the mainstay. The central government set up special funds for the wages of teachers in special posts, and settled with local finance according to the per capita annual standard of 18.896 million yuan. During the period of appointment, the special post teachers implement the national unified wage system and standards; other subsidies are determined by the county according to the local conditions and the level of the central subsidy, and reported to the relevant provincial departments for reference. Where the salary annual income of the special post teachers is higher than 18.96 million yuan, the higher part is borne by the county government.
