Fourth, the implementation steps
The first stage: publicity and mobilization, formulating plans
Organize team members, faculty and staff to study the "Implementation Plan for China's Small Modern Educational Technology Application Project in Yingshan County", fully understand the significance of implementing this project, clarify basic requirements, and formulate a feasible work plan.
The second stage: full participation, training to promote application
Effective training is an important guarantee for the full implementation of this project. According to the spirit of the notice of the “Project Application” filed by the Education Bureau [2010] No. 9 file, the school insists on the post-training examination, and the unqualified person re-takes the exam through assistance and self-study. The training hours and exams will be included in the comprehensive assessment. The third stage: strengthen teaching and research, to promote research and application
1. Conduct online self-learning. Teachers are required to study online more than once a week, to perceive cutting-edge educational theories, to learn the teaching videos of famous teachers, to screen excellent teaching resources, to improve teaching efficiency, and to improve professionalism.
2. Conduct collective lesson preparation. The teaching and research team leader organizes the group's pre-school research to determine the key teaching content and target decomposition in this period, and the teachers take turns to be the masters. In the teaching practice, improve the classroom teaching level of teachers.
4. Conduct special research. Taking the problems in education and teaching as the subject, using modern educational resources, conducting special studies, online forums or networking with experts and famous teachers to improve the effectiveness of education and research.
The fourth stage: launching competitions and promoting activities
