According to the spirit of the district education bureau and Panlong Education General Branch on the annual assessment work evaluation plan of teachers, combined with the actual situation of education and teaching in our school, this program is specially formulated.

First, the principle of assessment

1. Incentive principle assessment work is conducive to promoting the development of the cause and the growth of teachers; it is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the faculty and staff, motivating teachers to be full of work, dedication, dedication, morality, research, and better education People; is conducive to improving the quality of education and teaching.

2. The principle of comprehensiveness In the assessment, the combination of the usual assessment and the phase assessment, the combination of leadership, teacher assessment and democratic evaluation, comprehensive assessment of the moral, energy, diligence and performance of the faculty and staff, comprehensive evaluation, both to prevent blame And to prevent it from being partial.

3, the principle of objectivity assessment work must adhere to everything from the actual, seeking truth from facts, and strive to achieve true and comprehensive assessment content, scientific and simple assessment methods, the assessment results are objective and fair.

4. Guiding Principle In the process of appraisal, teachers should pay attention to the ideological and political work of teachers, focus on spiritual encouragement, actively guide teachers to participate in appraisal work, and guide teachers to stand on the job than dedication, contribution, and assessment content.

A total of 58 teachers in our school participated in the assessment. The annual assessment content of the teacher is the assessment of the annual work in 2019. It is divided into four aspects: political thought and teacher's moral cultivation, academic level and business ability, teaching work and education work. It comprehensively evaluates teachers' moral, energy, diligence and performance, and comprehensively evaluates them. The focus of the assessment is on the performance of the work, that is, the political and ideological performance of the teacher and the performance of teaching and educating people.

3. The assessment team will summarize the assessment materials and begin the assessment. On the basis of the appraisal of competent work, the evaluation is excellent according to relevant requirements.

4. According to the standard of 12% of the total number of teachers, our school has rated 6 teachers as excellent. Two teachers with outstanding performances from the German language group, the mathematics group and the comprehensive group were respectively selected. Each group will be selected according to the 2019 monthly test score, the 2019 awards, the usual work performance and the work performance; then all the teachers will conduct democratic appraisal, anonymous ballot, and judge the outstanding candidates according to the number of votes.

5. The assessment team will publicize the outstanding candidates and fully listen to the opinions of the teachers and students.

6. The assessment team conducts the examination and appraisal, signs the opinions, evaluates the grades, summarizes the results, and reports the total education support.
