China Primary Principal Distance Training Implementation Plan
First, the training objectives
Relying on the high-quality curriculum resources of the China Education Cadre Training Network and scientific and rigorous teaching and management, we will carry out remote training for Chinese principals. Through remote training, we will promote the independent learning of Chinese primary and middle-level cadres, comprehensively improve the overall quality and ability of Chinese primary school principals and middle-level cadres, and gradually build a lifelong learning system based on school-based training and remote training as the main means.
Second, the training object
The principals and vice-presidents of the Chinese district, as well as the middle-level cadres of the political education and academic directors, and the principals, vice-presidents, directors of the training departments and middle-level cadres of the schools.
Third, the training content
The training includes 20 major sections of the seven major sections, including the principal's professional quality, principal's ability building, principal's comprehensive skills, China's small management, China's small teaching curriculum practice, public management curriculum, and learning reference materials.
Fourth, training time and method
The third phase of the Chinese Principal's long-distance training is from April 1, 2019 to April 1, 2019. The specific learning process and learning methods are as follows:
First, the student is registered. With the number and password on the learning card issued, the students log on to the Daxinganling Training Center of the China Education Cadre Training Network in the Daxinganling Education and Training Network, fill in the student registration card, register the real name, and establish the student learning file. The student must complete the registration within one week from the date of initiation, otherwise the student will be cancelled.
Second, online learning. The training courses are divided into "compulsory courses" and "elective courses", each with 24 hours. Participants 4 - In August, each of the two compulsory topics must be completed on a monthly basis. The specific study subjects will be published online. Individual electives can be added to the course at any time, with a total duration of 24 hours.
Third, complete the assignment. The compulsory course is set up with 5 propositions. After the students have to study the course carefully, they must think independently and plagiarize and spread. It is necessary to complete and submit all the assignments by October. After learning the elective topics, students should register in the Daxinganling Education Forum Principal Training Column and complete a study experience.
Fourth, complete the results of the training. On the basis of conscientious study courses, students should combine the training and daily work practices to write a “research report”, which can be a thesis, case and study summary. The published articles should not be submitted as a result of the training. Complete the results of the training and submit it by February 2019.
V. Assessment and completion
After completing 24 hours of compulsory courses, 24 hours of individual elective courses, 5 assignments, and a training result, the students can be awarded the "Chinese Primary Principal's in-service promotion jointly issued by the National Education Administration College and the China Television Teachers College. The training certificate will be recorded in the “Eleventh Five-Year” Chinese Primary School Principal and Education Administrative Cadre Training Archives, which will be included in the assessment of the principal, and will be linked to the principal's evaluation, evaluation and promotion. According to the regulations, each principal must complete the three-year long-term training task of 144 hours, in order to obtain the training certificate for the Chinese junior principal during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period in Heilongjiang Province.
Sixth, training requirements
1. Strengthen process management. Increase the supervision of students' distance training and study, and regularly report the learning situation. The teacher training department of the Teachers' Training Institute will inform the students about the overall online learning situation, the school training management situation, and the good experience and good practices in the training. For those who are not actively online, they should be notified and criticized, and urge them to be on time. Complete the learning task.
2. Strengthen assessment management. Implement a three-level assessment system for the implementation of remote training. The first level of student assessment: the assessment of all participants is related to the evaluation, evaluation and promotion of the trainees. The trainees will not be able to complete the study tasks at that time, and they have not obtained the remote training certificate. They should not be evaluated in the evaluation of the tree system activities of the education system this year. Advanced individuals are not allowed to be promoted and notified. For the second-level school assessment, the principal must take full responsibility for the remote training. The school principal and middle-level cadre training should be included in the overall planning of school development and teaching management to promote the active participation of the students. To learn online, we must organize all teachers to watch the video classroom to promote the effective integration of distance training and school-based training. We must pay sufficient attention to hardware facilities and training. If the school participants do not complete the learning task and have not obtained the remote training certificate, the principal shall not be rated as an advanced individual, may not be rated as the principal of the backbone, and shall not be promoted to the title, and shall be notified of the school. The advanced units shall not be selected; the third-level teachers will be assessed in the school. The distance training of Chinese principals has been included in the evaluation index system for Chinese primary school principals, advanced schools and county education supervision.
3. Unified teaching progress. Participants must complete the registration within one week from the start of the third phase of remote training. Otherwise, the student will be dismissed from school. The students must complete the compulsory courses, elective courses, and carefully complete the homework and training results according to the unified teaching progress. .
4. When you are missing the class. According to the overall training plan of our district, the principals and middle-level cadres who participated in the training should complete the three-year 144-hour learning task. This year is the third training. Only those who have participated in one training and study will complete 48 electives and 10 learning experiences or reflections as required. They will participate in the second training but will not complete the 48-hour learning tasks and 10 Participants in the course will fill in the class and study experience in the elective course this year, and upload their thoughts or reflections to the training column of the Daxinganling Education Forum.
