In the compulsory education stage, public schools must strictly implement the admission policy of “near test-free admission”, do not violate the higher-level regulations, enroll students, do not take entrance examinations, do not set up key classes and non-key classes, and do not organize or participate in various promotion classes and special classes. , competition classes, special configuration classes, students are not organized to participate in Olympic and other subject knowledge competitions that have not been approved by the provincial education administrative department. Ordinary high schools enrolling students in school must strictly implement the “three limits” policy. The public provincial model high schools do not occupy the normal education resources of the school to recruit supplementary students, do not hold cram schools, and do not violate the regulations to organize or participate in various improvement classes, special classes, competitions. The county and city education bureaus are responsible for the evaluation of China's small schools in their respective jurisdictions. Each year, one-third of the schools in the county are reviewed, and one round is completed in three years. Schools that were rated as unsatisfactory in the previous year should continue to participate in this year's evaluation activities. The Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for the evaluation of the directly affiliated Chinese primary schools, and an annual review. The democratic appraisal is mainly based on questionnaires, and is carried out in various ways, such as inspection and appraisal, appraisal and appraisal, and petition review.
