In order to further improve the efficiency of community work, solve outstanding problems, expand community services, promote scientific development, change the work style of community workers, and better adapt to the daily needs and activities of community residents, in accordance with the Organization Department of the Xincheng District Committee of Xi'an, Xi'an Xincheng District Civil Affairs Bureau has implemented the "Improper Opinions on the Implementation of the "Miscellaneous Work System" in the community of the whole district. Now we have implemented the "miswork work system" in our community and specially formulated the following implementation plan.

I. Guiding ideology and work objectives

3. Promote "ab angle"
