First, the guiding ideology

The third stage: the implementation stage of remediation. Based on the four regulations, based on the outstanding problems found and the systems that need to be improved, based on the actual situation, take practical measures to clarify the objectives, methods and time limits of the implementation of the rectification, clearly define the leadership and management departments, and implement the rectification tasks to the responsibility. Units and responsible persons shall enable the selection and appointment of cadres to achieve separation, fairness, competition, and merit, and truly establish a "sunshine project."

The fourth stage: the assessment and evaluation stage. Mainly to do a good job in the "four supervision systems" assessment and evaluation and leading cadres' debriefing work.

Fourth, organizational leadership
