Internship process

1) Safety first. For any machinery factory, safety is always the top priority, so under the leadership of the internship teacher, we first carried out some safety education and safety issues and items to be aware of during the internship. For example, when entering the processing workshop, sandals are not allowed to enter the factory; trousers must be worn when entering the factory; smoking is prohibited in the factory. After entering the factory, the clothes are not allowed to open, the jacket is not allowed to hang on the body, and the backpack cannot be carried into the factory. People should not pile up in the factory, do not stand on the main road of production; without the permission of the intern teacher, do not allow the buttons and switches to be arbitrarily pressed;

2) Blank selection. First of all, we came to the original blank processing workshop of the parts. Under the guidance of the teacher, we learned the following knowledge. The parts are generally processed from the blank. Under the existing production conditions, the blanks mainly include castings, forgings and stampings. The casting is a part blank obtained by pouring the molten metal into a pre-made mold cavity and cooling it and solidifying. In general machinery, the weight of the castings accounts for more than 50% of the total weight of the main machine. It is the main source of the parts of the blank. The outstanding advantage of the casting is that it can be a variety of complex shaped part blanks, especially part blanks with complex internal cavities, and in addition, the castings are inexpensive. According to the master who guided us internship, our factory mainly produces blanks in this way. However, the disadvantage is that in the production process, there are many processes, the quality of the casting is difficult to control, the mechanical properties of the casting are poor, and the forging is used by impact force or pressure, and the metal blank after heating is plastically deformed, thereby obtaining the part blank. The structural complexity of forgings is often less than that of castings. However, the forging has a good internal structure and thus good mechanical properties. Therefore, it is used to make the blanks of important machine parts and tools that are subjected to heavy loads and impact loads. The stampings are the bodies obtained by plastically deforming or separating the metal sheets by using punching machines and special molds. Stamping is usually carried out at room temperature. The stamping parts have the advantages of light weight, good rigidity and high dimensional accuracy. In many cases, the stamping parts can be directly used as parts.

3) Processing workshop. When I came to the processing workshop, the first feeling I gave here was that it was too big. The workshop was divided into five parts, namely turning, milling and other processing, fitter, CNC machining, welding, almost covering all aspects of machining, probably There are five or six hundred people working on various parts at the same time. Although we have also conducted metalworking internships at school, we have done some parts and have some understanding of the machine tools, but they are really in the atmosphere of the processing parts. The big difference is that the tools of our school are all in a certain age. The new machine tools that are rarely produced in recent years are in speed. Our processing speed is too slow. To process the same part, we need The time is probably five or six times that of these processing masters, and it is impossible to carry out industrial production at all. 4) Assembly workshop. Any machine is assembled one after another. 5) Quality assurance, sales and after-sales processing
