As a character who has just changed from a student to a formal new employee, after ten days of corporate culture learning that ended in humanity, a three-month rotation internship followed. I am very fortunate that my first internship station is a changeover station. Here are the experiences and experiences of several substations that I have under the change of management. I would like to share with you.

This station internship will last for 20 days starting August 20. In the morning, we passed the safety regulations under the supervision of the main person in charge of the transformation management office. In the afternoon, we went to the 110kV substation in the Patio Mountain to warm up. The next day we went to the 220kV Wuyuan centralized control station that was about to be put into operation, but first arrived at the Dengchuan 110kV substation. During this ten-day period, we will make the most preliminary and perceptual understanding of the entire substation operation. To understanding. The next ten days to Shimonoseki 220kV change and Dali 500kV change for five days, this period is to consolidate and improve their understanding of the substation operation. This is a precious experience in my life.

Although the voltage level of the substation is not the same, there are still many similarities. The following is a general introduction to my understanding. First, recognize and learn the basic principles of the equipment, the main structure and its role in the power grid, model and technical parameters. Through the study of the above content, I have learned the whole process of electric energy production and the composition, model, parameters, structure and arrangement of substation electrical equipment, and have a complete concept of the substation production process. Familiar with the main wiring connection mode and operation characteristics of the substation, preliminary understanding of the electrical secondary part, relay protection and automatic devices, consolidate and strengthen the professional knowledge learned, and lay a good foundation for future work.

Secondly, learn the job responsibilities, safety duties, duty system and handover system of the substation duty officer, and cultivate a correct view of labor, outlook on life, values, and lay the ideological and theoretical foundation for ensuring the safe production of the jobs in the future. At the same time, I hope that a student who is not in the world can return to the substation after the internship, and gradually grow into a substation operator.

Looking back on the past twenty days, I am deeply touched. After all, this is the first lesson of practical significance that I stepped out of the school and entered the society. Through contact with the substation masters, I not only learned a lot of valuable operational experience from them, but also learned a lot from them. Let me deeply understand the importance of combining theory with practice. I am even more aware that the work of substation operation is a very responsible job and a very technical job. I still need to go for a long period of time to become a qualified substation operator in the new period. Road, on this road, I will ask myself and more knowledge to arm myself with higher standards, implement safe and stable operation, and truly realize the owner of the equipment.

As time passed, we ended the internship at the station of the substation during a half-hour conversation with the Dali change technician. This station left a deep impression on me, because this is the first stop of the internship, and understand the management status, equipment and facilities, load composition, network structure and cultural atmosphere of the substation. Therefore, I also have a strong interest in the operation of the substation, although I know very little about the operation of the substation, but I know that I know it, I don’t know it, I know it. Survival comes from labor, and power comes from stress. Therefore, in the future work, I always need to maintain a sense of urgency. I constantly train my mind through smelling, asking and learning various skills to make myself a qualified substation. personnel. And sincerely hope that after the internship, I will be able to return to such a position.

Finally, I sincerely thank every master of the substation for their concern and teaching to me in the past 20 days. I hope they will do everything in the future. And in the "knowing the truth, seeking truth, knowing and doing the pragmatic", to share with you, I hope to be realistic and pragmatic in the future work.

Part 2: Substation Internship Report

I am a college student who just left the university gate in August 2019 and entered the county agricultural power company. I am very honored and proud to be able to enter the State Grid and do my best to serve the vast number of electric power users and apply the legal knowledge I have learned in school to my work to reflect my life value.

After entering the company, I was assigned to the Huajia Power Supply Institute for an internship. Time flies, years of inspiration, and a few months of internship life is over. In these days, I also completed a student's transition to the role of a company's employees, and also learned some knowledge not found in school books.

After entering the Huajia Power Supply Station, I carried out the work of charging, duty, repair, writing, and production in the store. It was very difficult to find the work at the grassroots level through work. Farmer contract workers are the hardest laborers in our company. They are in the hot sun in the summer, and they are busy riding a locomotive in the winter to serve customers. If you encounter a power failure, no matter whether it is windy or rainy, you will always arrive at the scene of the accident at the first time and repair it with the fastest speed to avoid causing huge economic losses to the customer.

While realizing the hard work of the farmers' contract work, through my three-month internship, I also realized that many problems often encountered in electric power work need to be solved by legal means. This is very important and necessary to ensure the safety of users and maintain the power system. This will give me a power-worker who has a professional balance.

It is understood that the current "Electricity Law of the People's Republic of China" was adopted on April 1, 1996 by the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress on December 28, 1995. Its promulgation plays a role in safeguarding and promoting the development of the electric power industry, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of electric power investors, operators and users, and ensuring the safe operation of electric power.

I will talk about the following issues in combination with the legal knowledge and internships I know.

Stealing problem

In the actual work at the grassroots level, it is a common occurrence to encounter electricity theft crimes. Especially in autumn and winter, it is the peak season of rural electricity theft. At this time, we need power supply companies to strengthen supervision and regular inspections. After using them, we use legal weapons to protect electric energy. Legal use, to protect the interests of our company.

China's current power laws and regulations have provisions on electricity theft: Article 31 of the Regulations on Power Supply and Use stipulates that “theft of electricity shall be prohibited. The acts of stealing electricity include: wiring power in the power supply facilities of the power supply enterprise; Electricity consumption of electricity metering devices of power supply enterprises; forging or opening of electricity metering devices sealed by statutory or authorized metrological verification institutions; intentionally damaging electricity metering devices for power supply enterprises; deliberately making electricity metering devices for power supply enterprises Inaccurate or invalid; use other methods to steal electricity."

Article 71 of the Electricity Law shall be ordered by the power management department to stop the illegal act, recover the electricity fee and impose a fine of not more than five times the electricity fee; if it constitutes a crime, in accordance with Article 151 of the Criminal Law or The provisions of Article 152 are investigated for criminal responsibility.

Article 264 stipulates: "Theft of public and private finances, large amount or multiple thefts, imprisonment for up to three years, criminal detention or control, and a penalty or a single penalty; if the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, He is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 3 years and less than 10 years, and fined; the amount is extremely large or there are other particularly serious circumstances, and he is sentenced to more than 10 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment, and fines or confiscated property.

With the above laws and regulations on the issue of electricity theft, we will be able to pursue legal liability in accordance with laws and regulations to protect the interests of our company.

Customer defaults on electricity bills

In accordance with the traditional electricity supply and electricity billing mode, our power supply companies pay the money first, which determines the operational risks that the power supply company must face in its operation – the electricity customers are in arrears. The default of the customer's electricity bill is not only the most difficult problem of the grassroots power supply, but also the most difficult problem for the entire power supply company. In this way, how to protect our power supply companies is a crucial issue.

According to the regulations, the power supply enterprise must sign a power supply contract before powering the customer. After the power supply company establishes a power supply relationship with the power supply enterprise, it has the right to use electricity and should bear the obligation to pay the electricity fee. Article 33, paragraph 3 of the Electricity Law clearly stipulates: “Users shall record according to the electricity price and electricity metering device approved by the state, and pay the electricity fee on time.” However, in actual work, because we are agricultural power, customers It is far away from the store, and it is not convenient to pay. In addition, some customers have a weak sense of payment and fail to fulfill their payment obligations. Many farmers’ contract workers give some customers an advance payment of electricity, and their wages cannot be returned home. s consequence. It is hoped that this new recharge card business will alleviate this phenomenon and reduce the burden on farmers' contract workers.

Sometimes customers owe electricity bills for a long time. When we need to make power outages according to law, it is easy to ignore the problem that the blackout notice should be delivered to the users from the previous three days to seven days because of their own legal thoughts. It is counterproductive for us to suspend the cost of power outages and to be sued by customers. Therefore, we must strengthen the study of laws and regulations and protect our interests correctly and legally.

In addition to the above two legal issues concerning electricity in the three-month internship, under the education and training of the leaders, with the care and help of colleagues, I feel that I am working, studying, thinking and so on. There has been a big improvement. What I learned was the importance of electricity production and power marketing, and compliance with corporate rules and regulations.

In the future work, I will learn more humbly, often learn lessons, sum up experience, constantly improve my business level, and be an excellent agricultural and electric employee.

Part 3: Substation Internship Report

The substation was the first stop of my rotation internship. On the first day of the internship, Director Li introduced us to the basic situation of the substation, the glorious history and fine traditions, the advanced technical equipment and the noble dedication of the employees. Quality, and ask us: First, we must learn as much as possible about the deeds of the power front workers and integrate them into this glorious family as soon as possible. The second is to learn from the teacher humbly, to integrate the rational knowledge of the textbook with the emotional knowledge of the scene. Third, it is very hard and tired to engage in the power industry. It is necessary to prepare for hardship and loss. During the two-week internship, I did it according to Director Li’s request.

The substation is responsible for the equipment maintenance, maintenance, renovation and transformation of 50 substations throughout the company, and also undertakes a large number of power production infrastructure tasks. It is divided into five groups: change inspection class, switch class, main change class, protection class, supervision class. I was placed in the change and protection classes for a week. The change inspection class is mainly responsible for the installation and maintenance of the substation disconnector, the arrester, the busbar, and the support bracket. In the time of the change inspection class, I was catching up with the 220kv Cangshan Substation capacity expansion project. Master Zhu Kongda took me to the Cangshan Substation for construction and lived on the construction site. I learned a lot during this week: the considerations for the crane when lifting How to choose the position when hanging the wire rod, how to set the pole and the matters of concern, how to use the flat ladder to make the grounding wire, the tap, the cutting machine, the bending machine, the punching machine, the grinder and the electric welder. In the seven days of the Cangshan Substation, I worked with the masters and lived together. I deeply felt the attitude of the masters in dealing with the work. For example, in the case of poles, each pole should not only be visually tested, but also use the level. The ruler makes accurate measurements to ensure that the pole is in a vertical position; since some brackets on the tower made by the manufacturer are not suitable, the master cuts it with a qi gun, smoothes the original trace with a grinder, and then welds it to Suitable for the location, it looks very neat and beautiful. During these seven days, under the careful guidance of the master, I actually participated in a lot of work. Since the tower was coated with a layer of silver paint on the outside, some of the screws on the top were pasted. I used the tap to screw the screws. The flat ladder is cut into sections according to the specified length by a cutting machine, then bent by a bending machine, and punched with a punching machine to make a grounding wire; and a rustproof paint is applied to the welded joint between the grounding wires. When the director of the substation came to Cangshan Station to inspect the work, he asked me how I felt, and I felt the leadership’s deep concern for the frontline workers. After returning from Cangshan, he went to the protection class for internship. The protection class is mainly responsible for the installation, overhaul and maintenance of the protection equipment of each substation. I went to Cangshan Substation with my master Yang Qijun to carry out the protection screen and cable and the wiring between the screen and the screen. I learned how to identify the line number and how to connect it beautifully. I recognized the voltage transformer, current transformer and circuit breaker in the screen. device.

Through the two-week internship of the substation, I have further understanding of the work of the substation, and have an intuitive understanding of the main equipment of the substation. I have a certain understanding of the construction of the substation, and get along well with the masters. From their own body, they learned the spirit of the iron-powered people: resolutely enforced, resolutely obeyed, the spirit of forbidding the work, the responsibility of the work, the attitude of the people, the team spirit of not being afraid of fatigue and mutual cooperation. I believe that these will play a vital role in my future work and will benefit me for the rest of my life.
