During the internship, I often keep in touch with the teacher and report the progress and experience of the internship every week. On February 28, 20xx, I went to the construction site and met the project manager, Manager Liu. He was very happy to accept my intern. He arranged my work for me. My job is the construction technician in the project department. The project is an old house renovation project. The project is a comprehensive hospital building in Jiaodong Tadong Community. The number of buildings in this building is three floors. The building was built 50 years ago. There are no structural columns and ring beams in the third floor. It’s just that the floor slab is a cast-in-place concrete slab. I was amazed that the designer who used the cast-in-place concrete slab 50 years ago. The project is a reinforcement project designed by Jiaozuo Guangcheng Planning and Architectural Design Co., Ltd.; it is constructed by Henan Credit Information Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.; the supervision party is the supervision construction of Henan Jianda Engineering Construction Supervision Company. The contract period for this project is from March 1, 2019 to September 1, 2019. This internship is a good exercise for me, because I have not been exposed to the old house renovation project before, so I attach great importance to this internship.
This internship has helped me a lot in my career. Before I had an internship in brick-and-mortar structure, internships in the framework of the high-rise, internship overhauled the road; this internship was rebuilt and rebuilt, I was the first time, this aspect for me. The knowledge is a good supplement. I have learned a lot of knowledge, which has further deepened my knowledge of textbooks and created a broader space for my future work.

Now briefly describe the knowledge you have learned at the site:
1. Introduction to seismic strengthening methods for brick-concrete structures:
Starting from the seismic mechanism of the structure, seismic reinforcement can be divided into the method of reducing seismic reinforcement, the method of strengthening the seismic capacity of the structure and the multi-channel anti-seismic reinforcement method. Reducing the earthquake is mainly achieved by increasing the structural period or increasing the structural damping. It is generally applied to the seismic strengthening of large public buildings; the reinforcement method for increasing the seismic capacity of the structure, such as the outer reinforced concrete surface that increases the seismic performance of the wall. Layer and steel mesh cement mortar surface layer reinforcement method; pressure grouting reinforcement method for increasing structural integrity, additional ring beam reinforcement method, and tie-bar reinforcement method; and addition of seismic wall to reduce seismic capacity of weak members subjected to seismic capacity Wall method, etc., these methods are relatively simple to construct, and a large number of them are used in multi-layer brick-concrete structures, especially in civil buildings. Multi-channel seismic line reinforcement is the use of multiple anti-side force systems in the building. The anti-side force of the second line or even the third line of defense after the anti-side force members of the first line of defense are damaged by strong earthquakes. The components are immediately replaced to withstand the subsequent earthquake shocks, ensuring that the building is at a minimum and free from collapse.
In terms of structural seismic strengthening methods, the seismic strengthening construction methods mainly include external reinforcement method, internal reinforcement method, and plywood wall reinforcement method. The external reinforcement method generally combines the number of layers of the masonry structure and the results of seismic identification. It is necessary to add different numbers of structural columns, ring beams, and tie rods to ensure the coordinated construction of the structural column, the ring beam and the seismic wall. This method generally does not occupy the indoor building area, and is used in residential buildings, which has less impact on the residents, but has a greater impact on the building façade; the basic principle of the internal reinforcement method is the same as the external reinforcement method, and it is also necessary to add structural columns, ring beams and Pull rods, if necessary, if the original wall is not earthquake-resistant, it is necessary to add anti-seismic wall or improve the seismic resistance of the original wall. The internal reinforcement method will not change the building facade shape, and is generally applicable to public buildings, especially street-facing buildings; The wall reinforcement method improves the seismic performance on the basis of strengthening the original wall seismic resistance. At present, the most common method is the reinforcement method of the steel mesh cement mortar surface layer, that is, the reinforcement mesh is added on one or both sides of the wall to be reinforced. Anchoring ribs, inserting short ribs, and drawing ribs, etc., connect the reinforced mesh around the slab or the girders, columns or walls.
2. How to add ring beams and structural columns.
Add a ring beam:
1) Reinforcement basis: According to Article 7.3.3 of the Code for Seismic Design of Buildings: the outer wall and the inner vertical wall are set with ring beams at each floor, and the inner cross wall is set with ring beams at each floor.
2) Reinforcement method: The ring beam has external work, internal work and on the wall. The internal work affects the appearance and use of the building, so it is chosen to be made on the wall. According to the provisions of Article 7.3.4 of the specification, the longitudinal reinforcement is not less than 4φ10, the stirrup is not less than φ6@250, and the section height is not less than 120mm.
If the distance between the lower skin of the board and the window epithelium is 300mm, which also conforms to the modulus of the brick, the height of the ring beam is 300mm, which meets the requirements of seismic specifications.
The longitudinal reinforcement is 4φ12, which meets the requirements of seismic specifications.
If the stirrups are taken as φ6@250 according to the regulations, the stirrups penetrate the wall and need to punch one hole every 250mm, which will damage the integrity of the wall and make the construction difficult. The method of increasing the diameter and spacing of the stirrups is adopted, and the stirrups φ12@600 are actually used. In order to ensure the position of the longitudinal reinforcement of the upper and lower skins, additional steel bars of φ6@300 are added on both sides of the wall.
3) Construction method: a, remove the plaster layer on both sides of the wall, full-length slotting, depth 30mm, height 300mm; b, every 600mm up and down one hole, diameter 30mm-50mm, used to pass through No. 3 steel; c. Place the No. 2 steel bar on the wall side, remove the plaster, cut the brick seam, and cut it 10-20mm deep; d, place the No. 2 longitudinal reinforcement, and tie the No. 3 stirrup to the No. 2 longitudinal reinforcement, and tie the inside After the 4th steel bar, the 2, 3, and 4 steel bars are in place, the hole is fastened with 1:3 dry hard cement mortar; e, the 1st longitudinal reinforcement is placed and tied with 3 stirrups and 4 tendons; Welded firmly, weld length lw=120mm, weld height hf=5mm; f, inner and outer sides use 1:3 dry hard cement mortar to smooth the groove on the wall, and then decorate and restore.
The height and reinforcement of the outer ring beam beam are the same as the inner wall ring beam. During construction, the brick joints are 10-20mm on the inner side of the outer wall, and the longitudinal reinforcement is placed. The other construction methods are the same as the inner wall ring beam.
4) Treatment of the intersection of vertical and horizontal walls:
On the cross wall, corresponding to the longitudinal reinforcement of the longitudinal wall ring beam, punch 30-50mm, pass the longitudinal rib of the horizontal wall ring beam and bend it horizontally, and bend the length to 30d, and tie it with the vertical rib of the vertical wall ring beam. Stuffed with 1:3 dry hard cement mortar.
Additional structural column
According to Article 7.3.2 of the specification, the minimum section size of the construction column is 240mm×180mm, the longitudinal reinforcement is not less than 4φ12, and the stirrup is not less than φ6@250. The construction of the construction column is 350×180mm, the longitudinal reinforcement is 6φ12, and the stirrup is φ6. @200.
The difficulty in making up the structural column is: first, the reliable connection with the original wall; second, how to pass through the original floor. The following are the two points respectively:
1) Connect the construction column to the original wall.
The structural columns are placed at the inner and outer walls, at the corners of the vertical and horizontal walls or at the corners of the stairs. The project uses the pin-key method combined with the bundling method to form the new structural column with the original inner and outer walls.
The pin-key method is to open a dovetail groove on the original wall body, which is small inside and outside, forming a carcass, placing steel bars in the groove, and pouring C25 high-strength self-leveling fine stone concrete. The external cavity is made of 120mm×120mm, the inner raft is made of 180×180mm, the depth is 180mm, and the 2φ10∪-shaped steel bar is placed. The body is made every 1000mm along the height direction.
The binding method is to punch holes in the wall, wear steel bars, and tie the longitudinal reinforcements of the newly constructed columns. This project is to perforate the φ12 ring steel and the longitudinal column of the structural column every 1000mm on the inner and outer walls, and pour the concrete. C25 high-strength self-leveling fine stone concrete.
2) Construct the column through the floor.
In order to ensure that the structural column is integrated in the height direction, the structural column must pass through one, two and three floors, as follows:
At the first and second floors, corresponding to the longitudinal position of the structural column, the drill hole diameter is φ30 on the floor, which is six. If it is a prestressed hollow slab, the rib should be avoided when punching, and it should be worn in each hole. -φ14 steel bar, exposed 550mm on the board and under the board. After wearing, use C30 dry hard self-leveling concrete to fill the hole. When filling and filling, fill the hole in the original plate as much as possible. After plugging, tie the longitudinal column of the structural column. Pouring concrete. The top of the main rib of the structural column is anchored into the three-story slab or beam concrete.
3) The structural column is not used as a foundation alone, and the lower part should extend to 500mm below the indoor floor.
3. Newly opened door wall reinforced mortar layer reinforcement
The masonry wall is reinforced with a reinforced mortar layer and is reinforced with one or two sides.
Process requirements:
The surface mortar strength is M10.
The thickness of the surface layer of the steel mesh mortar is 35mm, the thickness of the outer protective layer of the steel bar is not less than 10mm, and the gap between the steel mesh and the wall is not less than 5mm.
The steel bar has a steel bar diameter of Φ6, a grid line solid wall of 300*300mm, and an empty wall of 200*200mm.
The single-sided plus surface layer adopts L-shaped anchor rib of Φ6, and the S-shaped through-wall rib of Φ6 is used on both sides; the spacing of L-shaped anchor bars is 600mm, the spacing of S-shaped through-wall bars is 900mm, and the plum-shaped arrangement is arranged.
When the transverse steel bars of the steel mesh meet the door and window openings, the single-sided reinforcement should be bent into the window hole side anchoring, and the double-sided reinforcement should close the steel bars on both sides.
Construction sequence:
The original wall decoration layer is cut away - drilling and washing with water - laying the steel mesh and installing the anchor ribs - watering the wet wall surface - smearing the cement mortar and curing it.
Construction control points:
When the original wall surface is seriously corroded, the loose part should be removed first, and the surface should be wiped with 1:3 cement mortar. The original loose joint mortar should be removed.
Drill holes in the wall, mark the position of the anchors according to the scheme, and drill with electric drills. The diameter of the through hole is 2mm larger than the S anchor. The diameter of the anchor hole should be twice the diameter of the anchor. The depth of the hole should be 100mm. After the anchor is inserted into the hole, it is filled with cement mortar.
Vertical reinforcement should be placed against the wall when laying steel mesh.
Before smearing the cement mortar, first make a cement slurry on the wall and then layer the plaster. The thickness of each layer should not exceed 15mm.
The top layer should be watered for curing.
4. Reinforcement of the original window.
The reinforcement of the windows is an important part of the reinforcement of the entire house.
Construction process
First, prepare the steel bracket; secondly, every 20 cm on the upper beam of the window, the hollow with a height of 180 cm and a width of 80 cm is drawn, because the size of the steel bracket is 50 cm in length and 80 cm in width. Since the steel bracket is hollow, the steel bar is placed next, and the template can be used to pour the lintel of the window. The next step is the pouring window. For example, this internship in the old house reinforcement project allowed me to learn a different knowledge. In the construction organization management, I didn't know how to manage the construction at the beginning.
