2, construction preparation

1. Selection and construction of steel bars

Reinforced steel is the skeleton of the reinforced concrete structure, which is integrated with the concrete by the gripping force. Reinforcement engineering is one of the three major projects of concrete structural engineering.

The classification of steel bars can generally be classified according to the different production processes, the diameter and the strength of the steel bars. The production process can be generally divided into hot-rolled steel bars, cold-rolled steel bars, cold drawn steel bars, and cold drawn steel bars. According to different diameters, there are mainly the following types of steel bars: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, etc. In terms of strength, steel bars can be divided into H 235, H 335, H 400, and RRB 400 grade steel bars. Among them, H 235 and H 335 are the two most commonly used steel bars.

Because the quality of the steel bars is difficult to inspect after the concrete is poured, the steel works are concealed works, which need to be strictly inspected during the construction process and establish the necessary inspection and acceptance system. The longitudinally stressed steel bars of the axial tension and small eccentric tension members shall not be tied. The lashing joint of the steel bar is a steel bar joint made of 20~22 fire wire or galvanized wire, which is bundled together according to the minimum lap length specified in the specification. In this project, ligatures are usually used on the connecting lines of beams and slabs. However, when the diameter of the steel bars is too large, lashing lines cannot be used because this will have the adverse effect of eccentricity.

Welding connection: The concrete structure design specification stipulates that the joint of the steel bar should preferably use welded joints. The welding quality of the welded joint is related to the weldability of the steel and the welding process. Welding is divided into flash butt welding, arc welding, and electroslag pressure welding. Among them, flash butt welding and electroslag pressure welding are used frequently in engineering. In this project, the connection of the column bars is usually electro-slag pressure welding, while the directly larger steel bars in the beam are flash butt welding.

Mechanical connection: The mechanical connection of the steel bars is to mechanically connect the ends of the two steel bars together. In the project, the beam and rib connection of the basement is all connected by a straight threaded sleeve. The quality of the mechanical connection is better than the welding, but it is at a disadvantage in terms of cost and high cost.

Concrete engineering

The quality of concrete has a great influence on the safety of the structure and the cost of the structure. Therefore, we must pay sufficient attention to the construction quality of the concrete during construction.

1. Preparation for work

Before pouring, clean the debris, dirt and other debris in the formwork and the oil on the steel bars, and check whether the cement blocks of the steel bars are well covered. If the wood formwork is used, the formwork should be wetted by watering. If the steel formwork is used, the release agent should be applied on the inside of the formwork. The high level of the cleansing port of the column formwork is sealed after removing the debris.

2, concrete on-site mixing

The self-mixing concrete is used to prevent the temporary supply of bulk commercial concrete and the on-site mixing of sporadic concrete. The raw materials and mix ratio should be consistent with the bulk commercial concrete.

According to the ratio of various materials and the weight of the vehicle determined by the mix ratio, the weight scales of cement, sand and stone are respectively fixed. The water content of the aggregate should be measured frequently, and the water consumption of the mix should be adjusted in time to ensure accurate water addition.

Loading sequence: Generally, the stones are first installed, then the cement is installed, and finally the sand is installed. If it is necessary to add the mixed materials, it should be added together with the cement. If it is necessary to add admixture, the powder should be pre-loaded into the small bag according to the amount of each tank. When it is used, it should be added at the same time as the coarse and fine aggregate; the liquid should be added to the mixer at the same time with the amount of water per tank.

When the concrete begins to stir, the technical department and the foreman of the construction unit shall organize the relevant professional and technical personnel to identify the slump and workability of the trough concrete, check whether it meets the requirements of the matching ratio notice, and then stir after adjustment. .

3. Concrete curing

General provisions

1) Unless accelerated maintenance or otherwise specified, the curing time of concrete shall be as long as possible, depending on the hydration of the cement and the need to achieve appropriate strength, and shall not be less than 7 days.

2) Keep the template moist during maintenance. If the formwork is removed during maintenance, the following conditions shall be followed for maintenance after demoulding:

A. The ambient temperature should be maintained above 13 °C during curing.

B. The flow of air should be avoided as much as possible around the exposed surface of the concrete.

3) When using liquid film curing, the materials used should be compatible with waterproof materials or other materials that are intended to be applied to concrete surfaces.

Water and covering

In addition to the use of liquid film curing agents, the following curing methods can be used:

1) The surface of the concrete should be water-repellent so that it remains immersed in water during the specified curing period.

2) In the first 24 hours of the curing period, use a sprayer to spray continuously on the concrete surface. The water should be sprayed, water flow should not be formed, and the concrete surface should not be directly pressurized with water mist. The concrete surface shall not form a water flow or scouring phenomenon to avoid stripping.

3) The concrete surface is completely covered with covering materials such as burlap, mat, cloth, PVC cloth and fine sand. The covering material should be placed directly on the concrete surface and kept moist at all times.

4) According to the above regulations, after the surface of the concrete has been sprayed with water mist for more than 18 hours, the concrete surface shall be completely covered with intact and non-destructive covering materials and fixed.

5) The covering material, waterproofing cloth or concrete surface shall not be damaged during the curing period.

4. Construction precautions

Avoid engineering quality problems:

1) Cellular. Causes: false vibration, leakage, and leakage. Precautions: Use and move the vibrator as specified. When you stop pouring after stopping in the middle, the range of new and old joints should be carefully watched. Before the template is installed, the mortar on the surface of the template and the joint of the template should be cleaned to make the joint tight and prevent the side panels from hanging.

2) Dews. Cause: The main rib protection layer is insufficient or the slab is detached. Precautions: Before continuing to pour concrete at the construction joint, the surface of the concrete construction joint should be chiseled, remove the cement film and loose stones, and rinse with water.

3) Mahjong. Cause: The surface of the template is not smooth; the template is not wet enough; the spacer is leaked. Precautions: The template should be smooth and smooth, and the paste should be removed before installation. It is covered with a release agent, and the template is watered and wet before pouring.

4) Holes. Cause: The concrete is stuck or leaking in the dense part of the steel bar. Precautionary measures: The parts with dense steel bars should be cut down in order to reduce the thickness of the layered vibrating; use the vibrator according to the regulations.

5) Gap and slag inclusion. Cause: Construction joints are not cleaned and mortared as specified, especially studs and ladder feet. Precautions: Re-inspect the stigma, construction joints, ladder feet, etc. before pouring, and clean up debris, mud and wood chips.

6) Irregular cracks on the concrete surface. Causes: Generally, the watering maintenance is not timely wet, the water evaporation is too fast or the temperature difference of the thick components shrinks, and the relevant regulations are not implemented.

7) Missing corners. Causes: Inaccurate feeding, uneven mixing, low local strength; or improper template removal. Precautionary measures: Designate a special person to monitor the feeding, and the feeding meter is accurate; the mixing time should be sufficient; the demoulding should be such that the concrete strength can ensure that the surface and edges and corners should not be removed when the template is removed and damaged. The corners of the components should be protected when removed.

8) The protective layer of the steel bar is brittle. Cause: The strength of the block is lower than the strength of the member; the force is too large when the cage is placed. Precautionary measures: The block should not be lower than the strength of the member and can resist the impact force when the steel bar is placed; when supporting the larger bar steel, the bar should be reinforced with steel bars or iron wires; the pad should be watered for maintenance.

Treatment of concrete defects

Hemp surface: first clean the surface with clean water and then flatten with 1:2 or 1:2.5 cement mortar.

Honeycomb, exposed: first loosen the loose concrete around the hole, then clean it with pressure water or wire brush, and smooth the small honeycomb hole with 1:2 or 1:2.5 cement mortar, for large honeycomb dew Reinforced hole treatment.
