Undoubtedly, this is a relatively severe test that I have faced in my life, and it is also a turning point in my life.

During the two months of internships, I learned a lot and encountered many difficulties. I also saw many problems in myself. I benefited a lot from the entire internship process. My position is to sell in front of the stage, to promote various models of mobile phones, including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung, OPPO and other well-known brands. I am not quite sure about the status of these models of mobile phones, especially the entire industry. Therefore, in the beginning, I need to learn from some of my colleagues in the store to ask for sales skills. For the industry of selling mobile phones, it goes without saying that the need is of course better eloquence and affinity for communication, to convince consumers to buy products. And this is undoubtedly a big challenge for college students like me. In the initial adaptation period of just a few weeks, I encountered a lot of ash in this area and ate a lot of bitter fruit of failure. However, in the process of selling this mobile phone, the most troublesome thing is to record the price and special functions of a large number of mobile phones of various styles, as well as to understand the knowledge related to the products, so as to better introduce the products to customers during the sales process. Due to the variety of mobile phone styles, customers' choices are not limited to the existing display mobile phone ranks, and more mobile phone models are still favored by customers. Therefore, the price of many products needs us to understand. Although we have a price list ourselves, such cumbersome inquiry work is very troublesome and has a great impact on the work itself. When the peak sales period, the number of customers increases, the more the inquiry is, if you query one by one, it is undoubtedly the biggest drawback in the work. In the internship, selling mobile phones will encounter a variety of customers, and for different people, different requirements for products require us to have strong adaptability to meet the needs of customers. And college students like us who have always been arrogant and proud, must learn to compromise in their work, learn to be patient, and let everything develop as much as possible in the direction of successful transactions. However, after the sale is completed, it has to face the trouble of after-sales service. Many consumers will encounter product quality problems after purchasing the mobile phone. Throughout the internship, I broadened my horizons, increased my knowledge, and experienced the cruelty of social competition. After a few days of porters, the company arranged my second phase of internship. Of course, during this period, I also know a lot of brand electronic products and their origin and shipping channels. My second phase of internship is training on computer accessories. It is mainly familiar with its main functions and the unique features of each brand and its model. Because of the likes of digital products, the main functions are familiar, but their special functions have been exhausted. For example, the quality of IPOD is very good, while Newman has some models of radio functions. Some models of Tsinghua Unisplendour have dual space functions in the process. Sometimes I feel a little uncomfortable, some machines are not good enough, but the person in charge does not let the consumer tell the actual situation. So this process is slower.

After the second phase of training, I entered the training phase. The person in charge of the third stage arranged for me to go to the door to promote the new brand “DELL” because “DELL” does not have a Chinese trademark such as “Apple”. After a few days of promotional activities, I also turned back to the counter to help sales. This is the fourth stage of my internship. During the one-month internship, I have my own work card like a real employee. I feel that I am not a student. I wake up at 7 o'clock every day and then go to work like a real office worker. During the internship, I followed the various systems of the factory and humbly learned from experienced colleagues. One month of internship made me understand a lot of things I didn’t know before. Internship is an experience that every college graduate must have. On that day, four female college students from Shihezi University came to our store to watch MP4. I just entered the store soon, and I still don’t know much about the function of MP4. One of the clerk said to one of the girls: The movie format does not need to be converted. If you take it home, you can use it with your heart! We promise to have any non-human quality problems within one month. We return unconditionally and guarantee within one year. The girl was estimated to be impressed by the function of watching movies without converting the format. She also repeatedly persuaded the other three girls to buy. The final transaction was two, one for 400 yuan and one for 500 yuan. But after only a week, the four girls came to the door, one said that the standby time is short, and one said that the format still needs to be converted. And ask for a return, because we promised and the actual does not match. I was a bystander of the whole thing, and I suddenly understood that our clerk used an improper way in the promotion of MP4 to induce them to buy MP4. She is thinking that if she encounters those who are weak, she will be swallowed up, but she has a tendency to know how to use her knowledge to arm her own college students. Soon the quarrel in the store reached 70 decibels. I really can't stand it anymore. This will not only affect the business in our store, but also spread the store's reputation to immeasurable damage. They asked to see the boss, but the boss just went out. So a bold idea flashed through my mind, so I went to them. In the face of their fall and ridicule, I did not say anything. When their voices gradually came down, I turned my head and said that my colleague was screaming at the boss's tone. While speaking, I gave her eyes from time to time. Then I boldly made a claim to change their MP4. At that time, I made up my mind that even if the boss was very angry and even fired me, I had to act according to my conscience, and there was no room for negotiation. The result was greatly unexpected to me. The boss not only affirmed my approach, but also thought that I was very energetic in doing things. Therefore, people must be sincere and must be honest. 4) Do things with perseverance and perseverance. No matter what work is done, what we do requires us to have perseverance. We will feel bored when we do anything for a long time. It is not enough to have enthusiasm at the beginning. What we need is perseverance. How to do it, we need to find happiness in the plain, and find some interesting things for ourselves. I was like that after I had been working for a long time, I started to get bored. The enthusiasm at the beginning was also a little bit ruined by time. During this short internship, I may have experienced only a small part of my life experience.
