Through training, all new employees have mastered and understood the relevant South Network standards, rules and regulations and how to use them freely; they have a deeper understanding of "two differences", main transformer protection, distance protection, zero sequence protection and some important protection. We are all proficient in a wiring diagram and can basically understand the second drawing.

Through training, we have basically mastered the writing and reading of the operation ticket and work ticket, what is the unqualified ticket, what is the non-standard ticket, and the various characters listed in the ticket, we are well aware of it.

Although the training has received great results, due to limitations in time and learning style, we still need to learn further in some aspects of knowledge and continue to explore.
