College student secondary school education internship report
Participating in educational internships is very necessary for a normal university student like me, but I have never had the opportunity to do more internships, because finding an internship school is difficult for individuals, I have to wait A unified arrangement for learning, in order to have a better chance of internship.
Finally, the school began to arrange students to go to middle school internships. I was also assigned to the middle school internship by the school. This is a golden opportunity for me. I know that if I miss such an opportunity, it will be difficult to have such an internship opportunity in the future. .
After two months of internship, I first tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher, and I also realized the responsibility of being a teacher. In these two months, as a student teacher, I can strictly ask myself as a teacher, be a teacher, pay attention to my words and deeds and instruments, and love the students in the internship school. I will do my best in the attitude of being responsible to the students. Good class teacher and every job of teaching; at the same time, as an intern, able to abide by the rules and regulations of the internship school, respect the internship school leaders and teachers, listen to their guidance humbly, and work together with other interns to complete the internship school. The tasks assigned to us have shaped the image of our Chinese students and left a good impression on the internship school.
I conducted an eight-week educational internship at xx City xx Middle School from September 24th to November 18th, 200*. The main contents of my internship include classroom teaching, class teacher work, and education investigation. I mainly did the following work:
Class teacher work:
As a high school class teacher to serve all aspects of the student, the specific daily work has the following points.
1. Participate in the class teacher's work meeting of the school and grade organization, and understand the latest class management spirit of the school.
2. Students will be organized to attend the flag-raising ceremony at 7:00 am every Monday, and students will be organized for morning exercises at 7 am from Tuesday to Friday. Responsible for maintaining their order and the return discipline after the end.
3. Grasp the "two exercises" and pay attention to quality.
4. Check the student's early reading discipline every Monday to Saturday.
5. At noon and in the evening, get time to the dormitory to check the rest of the students and the hygiene of the dormitory, so that the students have a good rest environment and prepare for the intense study.
6. During the evening repairs, the students will be inspected for late repairs.
7. Observe the students' ideological trends and deal with the problems that arise in the students.
8. Seriously review Zhou Ji and build a platform for teacher-student exchanges.
Political teaching work: responsible for political teaching in the 14 to 20 classes of Gao Yi. Listen to class 10, complete 5 teaching plans, 4 new lessons, repeat 8 lessons, use self-study self-study time to answer questions for students, provide counseling to students, and assist instructors to change volumes and correct students' daily work.
Education survey: topic selection - high school freshmen adaptability survey, collaborative design questionnaire, questionnaire issue, questionnaire statistics and completion of an education survey report and a personal summary of the political study of high school freshmen on adaptation issues.
During the internship, my specific work is as follows:
I. Education survey
In addition to teaching and class teacher work, we also conducted an educational survey on the adaptability of high school freshmen in xx city xx middle school. The fittest survives. In modern society, we must constantly adapt to society and adapt to life. The high school stage is a crucial period for the growth of students. At this stage, the character and thinking of the young people are basically shaped. The high school in the high school stage is especially important, because a middle school student just needs to enter a high school to adapt to a stage of adaptation, and the length of the adaptation stage, the quality of the adaptation is directly related to the psychological growth and academic performance of high school students.
The survey is combined with teacher-student interviews and questionnaire surveys, and each member's division of labor and cooperation reflects the spirit of teamwork. A total of 21 teachers and nearly 300 students participated in the exchange, 250 questionnaires were distributed, and 231 valid questionnaires were returned. Based on the statistical analysis of the data, our team completed the investigation report and submitted the report to the internship school.
According to the survey, we analyze the reasons why the freshmen are not suitable from the three aspects of students' adapting to the living environment, the school's disciplinary system, and the students' study and life. Finally, the solution is proposed:
1. Know yourself correctly, position yourself, and evaluate yourself;
2, will interpersonal, enhance confidence;
3. Arrange the time reasonably, improve the quality of sleep, and cultivate good study habits;
4. Reasonably vent your own and relieve stress;
5. Learn to be independent and actively adapt to the environment.
Through the investigation and the investigation report, I also have the adaptation problem of the freshman freshmen. From the perspective of this major, I wrote a summary of the "Adaptation from the perspective of political politics", and the political learning and high school in the middle school. Political learning compares differences and suggests several political considerations.
Second, the class teacher works
The school arranged me to be responsible for the work of the internship class teacher of the 14th class. Under the guidance of the original class teacher Lu Fengjuan, the daily work of the class was managed, the class meeting was organized, and the class meeting of "My University" was successfully opened. In daily life, relationships care for students, talk to students, and mingle with students.
In terms of class activities
First, cooperate with the activities of the school. At the end of September, the students were organized to welcome the National Day newspaper and won the first prize. In mid-October, they celebrated the National Day chorus. Although they did not win the prize, they enhanced the collective cohesion of our class 14 in the chorus; late October. Organized to participate in the broadcast competition of the first grade group and won the first prize.
Second, in addition to the school's National Day chorus and radio exercises, I also organized some activities. Students are the main body of the activity, so the activities carried out should cater to the interests of the students. In the beginning, I started some surveys among the students, asking them what sports games they like to play, and what kind of class meetings. By collecting the opinions of the students, I organized and conducted the theme class of "University in My Heart". Through this class, the students learned some common sense about the university and some life of the university, enhanced their motivation to learn, and made them have a basic stereotype of their own university and establish a correct university view.
Time passed very quickly, and when I really understood the characteristics of the students and began to build relationships with them, it was over. Although very short-lived, I felt that I had learned a lot, especially when I was serious and responsible. I also tasted the ups and downs of the teacher and felt the wisdom and cuteness of the students. During this internship, I learned a lot from Teacher Lu, and I fully realized the key role of “Love” in the teachers and students. I always think about the students, everything starts from the students, all aspects of the students, whether it is Study, life, or psychology should be given full attention and guidance. When dealing with things, we must pay attention to skills and avoid hurting students as much as possible. Only when you give true love to your students can you gain the respect and trust of students. However, during the internship, I can't do a good job of combining "love" with "strictness". Maybe my love for them is a bit too much, so that sometimes they are somewhat accommodating. I want to have a degree in the love of the students, and must be strictly combined. This strict time is strict, so only students can understand your love.
In terms of work preparation
First of all, I can quickly understand the characteristics of the entire class. At the beginning, I learned about the basic situation of the class through the instructor and class teacher Lu. Teacher Lu gave me a detailed introduction to some issues that need attention, but Teacher Lu pointed out that I still need to discover and understand myself. We should use our own eyes to observe and understand this class and understand the students. After all, we are still facing students. This is also a test for our work. Next, I learned about some of the daily work of the class and some of the duties of the class committee through the class committee meeting.
Secondly, I can get familiar with and master the situation of students quickly. In order to improve my understanding of the students, I seized all possible opportunities to communicate with them. In addition to class time, when I was eating in the dining hall, I talked with the students, talked about the university, talked about life and study. In the first few days, students didn’t talk to me very much, they were very passive. I found that it seems that it is difficult to integrate into this class. The reason is that I don't understand each other. At this time, I should take the initiative to communicate with them slowly by caring about their study and life. Through their own initiative and concern for them, the students gradually released, and they are willing to take the initiative to talk to me. There should be more communication between teachers and students. Only then can you understand the students.
In the daily management of the class
Under the guidance of Teacher Lu, the class teacher assisted her in her daily work. In just two months, I have been supervising students' study, discipline, and hygiene. While supervising, don't forget to instill some truth into them and to combine their age characteristics to carry out ideological and moral education. In the study, more students are in arrears, and the test papers are not done. I personally find a few outstanding students, track their daily homework, supervise them and help them answer questions. Gradually, they also learned. My good intentions and consciously completed the homework; in terms of discipline, I found that among the few boys who were more disciplined, Ikei’s classmates were more appealing, so he gave him the important task of discipline inspection and asked him to do the discipline inspection. Committee members, the result of the example of Chi Zeyu, took a lot of other students with more disciplined disciplines; in terms of health, girls are generally more serious and active, and some boys are very lazy, always pushing and dragging. For such students, they should give them clear tasks, sweeping the floor, mopping the floor, erasing the blackboard, and dumping garbage. Mr. Pan is a health committee member of our class. She is responsible for her work. She supervises her classmates to do a good job every day. Therefore, I don’t have to worry too much about this.
Third, political teaching work
Teaching is the focus of internships. A qualified teacher must not be vague in teaching. Every step in teaching must be taken seriously and adequately prepared.
Before the formal class, I listened carefully to the class, did the lecture records, carefully studied the process and methods of their lectures, learned their rich teaching experience, and learned how to arrange the course progress. How can I better handle the connection of some knowledge points and understand? Some teaching techniques in the class, such as how to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, how to interact with students... On this basis, I have extensively reviewed all kinds of relevant materials, including teacher's books, high school ideological and political excellent teaching plans. Where there are doubts, I humbly want to instruct the teacher to ask for advice, then carefully design the new course to be taught, write a detailed lesson plan, and produce multimedia courseware, and try and modify it in our team to ensure the formal class. Nothing is wrong.
Class is a key link. The first class, although I kept telling myself to calm down before class, I had to teach step by step, but at the moment when the ringing of the class was ringing, I looked at 55 pairs of curious eyes under the stage, nervous or not coming, busy operation. With the computer, even taking a deep breath can not help. Fortunately, the flash animation in the courseware attracted the students to laugh, which made the nervous mood slightly relieved. However, it is still tense. Many questions that are conceived during class preparation and interactions with students are thrown into the clouds. I finally rang a sigh of relief, and I found out that I "completed" my first class.
After class, the instructor pointed out my shortcomings: nervous, not loud enough, and she also gave me a lot of encouragement, affirming that my teaching ideas are clear and well prepared. Taking the lessons of the first lesson and the guidance of the teacher, my second lesson has obviously improved a lot. I can finally face the students naturally, without any nervous interference. The speed of my class is obviously slowing down and the volume is natural. The improvement of the situation and the response of the students under the stage are also more positive. The instructor also gave a lot of affirmation, which made me more confident, and took this confidence to successfully get the lessons in the future.
Practice can tell the truth. After teaching and communicating with the teacher, I realized that:
1. The application of the principle of education itself is only on paper. The teachers have always emphasized to us that there is no such thing as a teaching method, what kind of teaching content, the most important thing is to raise the students' interest in learning; the teaching is supplemented by the students as the main teacher; the teacher should leave more thinking to the students during class. Space; good at discovering the merits of students, and giving them praises in a timely manner... These are the educational concepts that they repeatedly emphasize to us and require us to apply to practical teaching, which has benefited me a lot.
2. Even if it is a very simple content, it must be carefully handled and prepared. In order to get a good job in each lesson, let students think that the boring book content becomes a vivid scientific knowledge, so that they are interested, it will take several times to prepare lessons.
3. Teaching should surround all students. In the teaching, try to make the content selection vivid, close to the students' interest, and make the students as the center of teaching in the classroom. All activities are carried out around the students, guided by the teaching, avoiding one's own heat, and paying attention to the students. Observing, discovering their shortcomings in time, patient guidance, but more is to discover their strengths, praise them, and constantly encourage them in their learning process to enhance their interest in learning.
4. Political teaching cannot adhere to textbooks, nor can it use traditional teaching methods alone. From the student's point of view, political classes are generally dull, so you need to input fresh blood, combined with the actual situation of students, but also pay attention to the rational application of multimedia teaching, such as playing short films, music, displaying materials and pictures, etc., to attract students' interest. To improve students' enthusiasm for learning.
5, pay attention to the role of students in teaching, play the enthusiasm of students is the key to a good teaching. After getting familiar with the students, the students actively cooperate with my teaching. This is not only in the classroom, but also to ask questions, they often ask some interesting questions, or more actively add their own ideas. As the so-called "teaching and learning", I have learned more in my students. Students' creativity sometimes makes you feel uncomfortable, and they are also good at finding problems. Sometimes the questions raised will be difficult for me, but it also motivates me to further study the textbooks.
In addition, there are still many defects in the teaching process:
1. When individuals teach knowledge points, they do not highlight key points and difficulties, and time is not good enough.
2, paying attention to students in the classroom is not enough.
3. Language expression and application still need to be improved.
4. There is still a lack of coordination and resilience in the classroom, which needs to be strengthened. In the event of an emergency, they are often not awake enough to handle it well. I think that the most important basic skill of a teacher is still reflected in the control of the classroom. I should continue to work towards this goal.
Although this educational internship did not complete the requirements of the new school education internship course, I feel that there are not many new lessons. What is important is that in the teaching process, you can apply the teaching and teaching skills you have learned and get a step in it. One step improvement. Every time I finish the class, whether it is a new class or a repeating class, the instructor Lu Fengjuan pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of me, so that I feel more rewarded after each class, especially repeating classes, each time the passion increases dramatically. More and more smooth.
Conclusion The educational internship, the instructor's careful teaching, and the enthusiastic support of the students have greatly encouraged and motivated me in the teaching work and the work of the class teacher. Of course, during the internship process, I also encountered a series of problems and difficulties, but in the process of solving, I also accumulated a lot of valuable experience and laid a solid foundation for the future education.
