Hotel work internship report

"Ten years of trees, a hundred years of trees." A year ago, I entered the society as a student. Walk into the top hotels in the country to learn and touch more things. In a blink of an eye, the time of the year has passed. I have had joy, excitement, distress, depression, and suspicion. I have gradually become familiar with the organizational structure and personnel of the hotel from a fledgling student. Relationships, corporate culture, and I have slowly adapted to this society. This happened in 11 months. What words are used to describe it is not more accurate with the word "reality". I picked up my backpack from July last year and followed the big troops to Guangzhou. When I am packing my bags again and ready to return, my heart is not a taste. After all, I have been a gardener for 11 months. For the garden, I still have feelings. So until now, I have always been proud of being a gardener. I want to thank the college, thank the garden, you gave me this opportunity. From the welcome concierge to the hotel's party work office, I was fortunate to have contacted two different departments in a one-year internship. The internships in these two departments made me touch a lot of things, let me I have learned a lot. In the Concierge, I love this job because I found my true self in this job. In the office of the party work group, I contacted the administrative work of the hotel, learned how to do things, and learned how to be a person.
I still remember that when I first stepped into the society and walked to the threshold of the garden, I always thought that learning the knowledge in a book at school could be handy in the hotel, without understanding that the biggest knowledge is in life, the thickest article. But outside the book, now I understand, the garden tells us that "the age is like a bird, and the world is like a new game." At home, we only walked the road, we couldn’t climb the steep slopes, we couldn’t escape the shoal, we left our home, and came to a strange metropolis. Sometimes, when we encountered the loss, we wanted to give up and even succumb. I don’t understand that there are ups and downs in life, but there are real interests and twists and turns. Now I understand, the garden tells us that "everyone is good, not self-respecting and well-known; mortal being evil, not self-destructing and destroying people". As an intern, during the internship, there will be complaints and there will be grievances. Because we always think that as long as we treat people with sincerity and people with goodness, justice will be self-sufficient, and we will not understand that sometimes we do not do good things well, or even do good things. The reason why I know so much is because the garden, the garden people told us by words and deeds. We only make ourselves more confident, and we believe that we can fight for the work we love.
I love the job I am doing now, because I found my true self in this job. When I am standing in the lobby of the hotel and greet our familiar guests, I will feel that this is our life. The biggest satisfaction. I am always proud of being able to be a professional service person for the rest of my life, because we are helping others every day, and the guests get a surprise in us, and we have found a rich life in the guest's surprise. We don't necessarily have a lot of money, but we must not be poor because we are intelligent, informative, responsible, helpful, loyal and credible, and of course we have a loving family, all of them. Only constitutes our life today. In fact, a rich life is not difficult to find, it is in every surprise we bring to others.
The internship is over, but whether it is the current internship or the future work, we will be proud of being a gardener, and our spirit must bloom like a red cotton. We will also do our utmost to continue our mission: to serve our profession with sincerity, our hotel, and the entire tourism industry.
Thanks to my college, thank you for the beautiful garden hotel, and thank you for the city that has lived here for one year---Guangzhou, and you, my friends who made friends in Guangzhou, you, I have you, I will do it. Better, of course, the father who supports me the most.
