I. Internship purpose
From July 6th, 2019 to August 5th, 2019, I went to Shenzhen Shenshui Water Consulting Co., Ltd. for a four-month graduation internship. The post was arranged for the civil engineering of the Shiyan Reservoir interception project in Shenzhen. On-site supervisor of the second bidding section. As the author immediately faced college graduation and took up a job, his actual engineering experience, social experience and various aspects of his ability are very lacking. Therefore, in order to strengthen the understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge of the university, enhance the perceptual understanding of the actual project. In the actual project, the ability to theoretically work in practice, practical hands-on ability, and ability to increase their own quality, and also accumulate certain social experience through internships to prepare for formal employment after graduation, so the internship was conducted.
Second, the internship content
a) familiar with basic engineering materials
1. Project Overview
Shenzhen Shiyan Reservoir interception project is located in Shiyan Town, Baoan District. This interception project is to protect the drinking water source of Shiyan Reservoir in Shenzhen, and cut off the six inflow tributaries in the Shiyan Reservoir basin to eliminate the pollution of the reservoir during the rainy season and improve the quality of life. The project has two intercepting systems in the east and west. The east bank interception system intercepts the polluted water bodies of the tributaries such as Wangjiazhuang River, Shiyan River, Shenkeng Li, Baikengwo, etc., and sets a 300,000 m3 storage reservoir at the fish pond of the Trailback Village to cut the peak of the initial rainwater runoff; Set a tunnel with an overcurrent capacity of 20 m3/s to transport the sewage to the Maozhou River downstream of the reservoir. The Maozhou River will be rectified according to the flood control standard in 1XX. The West Bank interception system is equipped with two pre-stored warehouses. The two tributary sewages of Yunniokeng water and burlap water entering the warehouse pass through the storage tank for homogenization and sedimentation and then enter the constructed wetland.
The Shiyan Reservoir interception project is divided into four sections, of which the first, second and third sections are civil construction sections and the fourth section is equipment marking. The second bidding section belongs to the east bank intercepting system, and the starting point begins with the Shiyan River intercepting gate and ends at the 3# converging shaft of the third section. The main projects include 940 meters of intercepted open channels, 1,535 meters of intercepting tanks, 1,153 meters of temporary cofferdams, 1,818 meters of temporary roads, 300,000 square meters of storage tanks, and 385 meters of earth dams. The engineering project is equal to 2, the main building is 2, the secondary building is 3, and the temporary building is 4. The total contract price of the project is 78.2 million. The planned commencement date is January 8, 2019, and the completion date is July 1, 2019. The total construction period is 540 days.
2. Supervision work scope
The scope of supervision of this project is the supervision of the construction phase and the warranty phase: the supervision unit shall carry out the supervision work after signing the supervision contract, and within the scope of authorization of the project construction unit, in the construction phase and the warranty phase, the safety monitoring of the construction of the project shall be completed. Coordination of quality control, schedule control, investment control, contract management, information management, and engineering construction related parties, and handling all claims and settlements within the scope of supervision tasks, and other related matters. 4. Main methods of supervision work
1. On-site recording. Carefully and completely record the personnel, equipment and materials, weather, construction environment and various situations that occur during construction on the daily construction site.
2. Publish the file. Control and management of the whole process of construction shall be carried out by means of notices, instructions, approvals, signatures, etc.
3, next station supervision. In accordance with the contract of supervision, the construction of the important parts of the project and the construction of key processes at the construction site shall be carried out in a continuous process inspection, supervision and management.
4. Inspection inspection. Regular or irregular inspection, supervision and management of the projects under supervision.
5. Parallel testing. At the same time as the self-inspection of the sample by the contractor, the independent sampling shall be carried out to verify the test results of the contractor.
6. Coordination. Mediation on the relationship between the parties involved in the construction of the project and the problems and disputes arising during the construction of the project.

1. Quality control during construction

3. Progress control
The construction progress plan submitted by the contractor and the corresponding construction method description submitted by the contractor and approved by the owner will be the basis and ultimate goal of the engineer to control the construction progress. In the control, the key processes controlling the total construction period are embodied and networked, and the project image progress plan is visually displayed. In the allocation of resources such as labor and equipment, the contractor is required to meet the needs of the key process construction schedule. Make adjustments to the lagging process in a timely manner, and issue a rush order in time to ensure the overall construction progress. At the same time, the original data and data are continuously collected, and the progress report is submitted to the owner at regular intervals. The progress control always prepares the overall construction progress plan with the goal of ensuring the completion date specified in the contract-specific clause, and guides the project implementation. On the basis of the overall schedule, the supervision engineer organized the contractor to jointly prepare the progress plan and monthly progress plan.
In the main construction period, the network plan and the daily progress cross-section map should be carefully and carefully prepared, and the dynamic comparison between the project schedule and the actual progress should be carried out from time to time, and adjusted in a timely manner to establish and improve organizational measures and progress coordination. system. Through the form of the weekly progress coordination meeting and the monthly production coordination meeting, coordinate the progress relationship of all parties involved in the project construction. In the course of the internship, under the guidance of the instructor Mr. Cheng Hongpan, the author began to familiarize himself with the construction drawings, construction contracts, supervision work system, supervision planning, supervision implementation rules and relevant regulations, and gradually became familiar with the construction of the project. The basic knowledge of the project supervision work and the basic program of operation. Through these work practices, I have deepened my understanding of project supervision, clarified the knowledge that I should learn in my internship, and at the same time, through practice, I have deepened the understanding and application of relevant theoretical knowledge learned in school. After practice, I realized that engineering construction supervision is a socialized and professional high-intelligent service work, requiring supervision engineers to use their knowledge, skills and experience in engineering construction to provide engineering supervision and management for customers during the construction process.
