Teacher's teacher personal internship report
As a normal student, if there are several opportunities to go to school as a teacher internship in college, that is the best, but there are not many such opportunities, so I have been constantly looking for it, but I have been unable to find it. There are not many schools, and it is not very possible to find an internship.
However, if we work hard, there will always be opportunities. Finally, several of our classmates have found a school and let us participate in the internship. This is really a great surprise for me. I can be a trainee teacher.
According to the requirements of the school, this educational internship has two tasks: teaching tasks and class teacher work. In addition, our second attached internship team also completed an education survey. The completion is as follows:
1. Teaching tasks. Within the four weeks of the educational internship, I will listen to the lesson 11 of the instructor, Teacher Wang Hua. Other physics teachers taught 6 sessions; listened to classmates in class 9 lectures; completed 4 new courses of internships: Among them, "Ommeter" and "Analytical Circuit" were tested and got the instructor and team teacher. The opinions and suggestions of the students; a total of 3 lectures: "Ommeter" section; "Circuit Analysis" two sections; usually. Assist teachers in correcting assignments and answer individual questions. Understand the teacher's work schedule and participate in group preparation. The instructor’s lectures are taught in a lesson plan.
2. The class teacher works. On a daily basis, the class is checked in on time at 7:20 every day, and the class is checked. Doing exercises in the afternoon. I have a self-study class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for individual Q&A. Usually, pay attention to the exchanges with the students and watch the school sports meeting. Together with the other two internship class teachers in the second class, with the help of the original class teacher and the classmates, they completed a theme class meeting - "life story - the story of the big children".
3. Others. Our education survey target is the high school and high school students attached to the second division of the National Taiwan Normal University. There are 7 classes in Gaoyi and 6 classes in Grade 2, which is balanced in arts and sciences. Approximately 500 copies of valid data are recovered. The content of the survey is related to the current situation of physics in middle school. The questionnaire was drafted by me. After the whole group review, the team leader reviewed the final draft. The specific completion will be submitted in the investigation report.
The four-week educational internship not only taught me a lot in physics teaching and class management, but also enhanced my understanding of myself. The class I interned was a science experiment class in the second grade of the second high school. The students are intelligent, independent and innovative. I was a little nervous when I started to contact them. I was often troubled by their questions and I was at a loss. But they in turn comforted me and encouraged me to come slowly. With their tolerance and encouragement, I have improved a lot. Try to do it every time you answer the questions, and do the work yourself before each correction. Prepare in advance for all possible problems. In a few weeks, the problem that I can't answer is less and less. Among them, I was deeply impressed by the words that university teachers often remind us:
"Teachers are serving students. In the eyes of students, they can find their own problems in order to make great progress."
The teacher in charge of the class is usually very serious and has very few words. However, there is a set of management classes. The management of our class is like a fully automatic machine. Most of them rely on the classmates themselves and the class committee to manage, consciously and spontaneously. The most troublesome young teacher like me is the management of the class. Through the study of the weekly class, I really realized the way of the teacher. I think, that is: just right and attentive. The prize of the award, the penalty of the penalty. The student's business is always a big deal.
My instructor and class teacher gave me a lot of help. As teachers, they are always my role model and the goal I want to surpass. Before I spoke the first lesson, the instructor showed me his own lesson plan. Although I wrote a lesson plan, I did not prepare a speech. In this way, when the teacher tried to explain, the structure of the whole class was destroyed because of the lack of preparation. The things that are clear are not explained at all. After listening to him, he pointed out all the mistakes and shortcomings and told me what to say. The team teacher also severely criticized me, told me to go back and write a draft, and I must not say this the next day. At that time, I really felt that it was difficult to give lectures. My own mentality is also particularly bad - because I want to talk about the class too much, the pressure is particularly great. In the evening, I was ready to go to 2 o'clock. The next day I finally finished the lesson. After that class, I really understood the gap between "teachers" and "good teachers." For me, his class is the standard: if the lesson is not as clear as he is, it is not a good lesson.
I also want to thank my classmates and partners. Without their help, I could not successfully complete this internship. For example, our class meeting. Ma Jia, who is also the director of the internship, paid a lot of thoughts and cooperated very well. The atmosphere in the class was mobilized and everyone was thinking positively. Achieved the intended purpose. There are also eight students from my group and our teacher, Mr. Luo. It is they who let me experience the tremendous power of the collective. From the beginning of the class, the revision of the lesson plans, to our education survey, internship tabloids. Everyone has paid a serious job and it is very hard. Teacher Luo spent a lot of time for us and spent a lot of time to guide us to lecture. Her attitude touched each of us. Maybe next year, I will become a true physics teacher. Take on the responsibilities and obligations that a teacher should shoulder. This educational internship is a huge asset in my life. To be a good teacher, I still have a long way to go...
There is still a long way to go, but I already know how to teach students. After working in the future, if I can be a teacher, then this internship is very meaningful. But no one knows the way ahead. I don't know where my path is. I only have to work hard until I can succeed. I will remember the sweetness and find the direction of success!
