Between September 12 and October 22, 200*, I and 25 other students came to Lingchuan Vocational Secondary School for a 40-day educational internship. The 40-day internship is hard and meaningful. First, the class teacher internship

In the internship of the class teacher, I and Hu Tiesong both took the 03 spring class and was a graduating class. This class is quite special. Every shift is changed to a class teacher. There are very few people, but there are four majors in it. There are 21 students in this class, including four majors, namely, 7 computer majors, 6 hotel service management, 6 electronic majors, and 2 costume designs. In the face of such a special class, I feel pressured and stimulate my interest and determination in managing this class. Since the class teacher of the class, Mr. Qin, has just taken up this semester, he has just transferred from another school. So she was only in contact with us for the first 10 days of the class. Before meeting with the students, the class teacher told us that she did not know the students very well. Some of the students’ names were still not up to them. This makes our class teacher's internship difficult.

In this way, if we want to understand the students, we can only go deeper into the students and spend more energy to reach the students. Only in this way can we understand the basic situation of the students as much as possible in a short period of time. After understanding the situation, we can make corresponding work plans according to the actual situation of the class. Due to the small number of people, we will strive to see the first time. After the introduction, we will try to write down the names of the whole class, which will give students a sense of intimacy. We have actually done this, which surprised the students and brought them closer to the students. In the following time, we often go to the class and go to the dormitory to communicate with the students to understand the students. The work plan was quickly formulated according to the situation and submitted to the original class teacher, Qin, for approval. The first is the regular work. Every morning, the students are urged to get up early, to exercise early, to read early, and to clean up. In the evening, I went to work in the class and read it later. Do some Q&A counseling. At the same time, the morning reading time is used to teach the students the selected English common sentences to cultivate students' interest in learning. Give students the necessary thought and discipline education during the evening reading time. In addition to regular work, we also organized classes and classmates to participate in various school activities and successfully held a theme class meeting. In September, just after the military training was over, it was necessary to fight the irons, consolidate the military knowledge of students, and organize students to carry out military ideological education. In order to cooperate with the party and the national government to improve the ideological and moral education of young people, students are organized to participate in the wall newspaper competition with the theme of "strengthening ideological and moral education for minors". During the process of participation, students learned the knowledge and received a better education. In response to the characteristics of our class students who are facing internships and facing employment, we have launched a symposium on the theme of “speaking about employment, talking about ideals – thinking about life”. The symposium invited the relevant teachers of the internship school and the internship teachers with strong ability in the internship group to participate. At the symposium, the students were able to speak freely and put forward their ideas and doubts about employment and the future. The atmosphere was very active. After the exchanges and discussions with the teachers, they felt that they had a great harvest. This symposium will give students a more accurate understanding of employment and life ideals.

Second, teaching internship work

"Teach in accordance with the aptitude and teach for the society." This is the deepest aspect of my teaching practice in the xx job. The xx job is a secondary professional school. Their school slogan is “Knowledge changes fate, skills make the future.” The goal is to “build a talented employment path for students based on the market”. From the time we walked into the school, the school’s leadership teachers often told us: here, unlike ordinary high schools, ordinary high schools pay more attention to the granting of knowledge, and our school faces employment and skills training because of students going out. The teaching subject arranged by the internship school is "Technology of Assembly and Maintenance of Microcomputer System". Two classes are taught, which are 03 Spring Class and 03 Autumn Class, which have a total of 14 classes. This course is a very operative class, so it is more important to focus on the development of hands-on skills and skills training. During the first week of the lecture, I found that the lesson of the instructor Tao teacher was rather dull and had little interaction with the students. The class leader of the professional team can interact with the students very well, so that the students can participate in the teaching, and the effect is very good. At the same time, by understanding the situation of students, I began to have my own teaching plans and ideas. After writing, I took the initiative to find the professional team leader and the instructor to give advice and suggestions, and discussed the disputed place. Finally, after the approval of the team leader and the instructor, I wrote my own complete teaching plan. In this way, my teaching can proceed in an orderly manner.

Since the number of people in the two classes is quite different, there are only 7 students in the 03 Spring Festival and 26 students in the 03 autumn class. I used different teaching methods in the two classes. In the 03 spring class, there are few people, mainly using individualized teaching. I have less talk on the podium, more individual counseling, and more opportunities for students to operate. In the autumn class of 03, many people are not very good at adopting individualized teaching. They can only talk more in the classroom, and the common problems found in the counseling are unified and explained. In the evening class, pay attention to teaching some related precautions and extracurricular knowledge. Since these two classes are all graduating classes, they are about to face employment. During the teaching process, I paid special attention to the latest technological developments of students to understand relevant knowledge, give them the task, and ask them to check the relevant hard on the Internet when they are on the computer. The latest information on body knowledge. This will foster students' awareness of online access to information and the ability to use the Internet to search for the information they need, while enhancing students' understanding of new technologies and new knowledge and stimulating their quest for new knowledge.
