I remember that from the internship work of Singles Day to now, it is almost five months. These five months of nails touched a lot, but the harvest was more than nails. Every month, life seems to be changing. In December, I began to understand the leadership team in the unit. In January, I unknowingly entered the management study, doing the basic management and arranging the tasks distributed at the upper level. Although it is the work of managing maintenance personnel.
