Internship report on Gome's work

After the start of the summer vacation, I did not go home, but participated in social internships. This time my internship is Gome. As the largest electrical appliance seller in China, I feel very honored and glorious to be able to come to the country. I really hope that I can work in Gome after graduation. However, there are still many good things I have to do during the internship. I believe that I can learn more in the internship.

I am honored to be an intern at Gome. In this half-month internship, I am not only familiar with Sony Ericsson mobile phones, but also learn the actual combat knowledge of sales, gain experience, and more importantly, feel the "businesses without domain" advocated by Gome. A strong corporate philosophy of “combining symbiosis”, “interaction, mutual assistance, and complementarity”. I have gained a lot and I feel very deeply.

I have a deeper understanding of the management of Gome. Before entering the country, his understanding of him only stayed on paper. He only knew the hardships of Mr. Huang Guangyu's business, the amazing growth rate of Gome, and Gome's first in the domestic appliance retail industry. However, the internship has made me more integrated into it. I strongly feel the management of “innovation, openness, cooperation and competition”. I also gradually realize that the management method is the basic guiding principle of Gome management and the successful experience of the past. Summing up is a systematic understanding of the necessary conditions for the future survival of enterprises. The success of Gome's operation depends on whether the company has sufficient innovation capability, whether it can maintain a continuous open mind, whether it is closely cooperating with Shanghai manufacturers, and whether it can continuously gain competitive advantage in the competition.

Have a personal experience in sales work. Eight hours of counter sales per day made me realize that sales is a "win-win art." The theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom at school was found to be pale and weak in actual combat. For example, it is necessary to grasp the psychology of the customer, but there is no effective action in the action. Now I know that I have to observe the eyes of the customers. The more careful is the pupil, the bigger the customer is, the more likely the customer is to ask.

Mastered some communication methods and skills between people. Sales can best train people's communication, and must show a friendly attitude during the communication process. Easy to approach, easy to achieve the purpose of successful trading. In addition, when you introduce the product, you must answer it truthfully and show great integrity. The successful transaction is based on good trust.

A new understanding of the self and a clear future career. In the Gome internship, I have successfully helped several foreign friends to buy printers, mobile phones, and chargers. While exercising their English speaking ability, they realized that their oral ability is insufficient, so they should learn in the future. Strengthen your oral expression skills and fill your own shortcomings so that you can be more competitive in the workplace. Because the major is business management, through the practical experience at the forefront of sales, I am more aware of the importance of motivating employees, and use the market marketing knowledge and sales experience to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of motivating employees. The combination of marketing knowledge and sales practice skills, I believe that can go further in the future management career.

The internship is over, but I am still intoxicated in the internship. I said to myself, I still need to continue to make progress. I believe that I can do better, but now I still need more progress. I believe in the future. In my work, I can do better, believe in my own abilities, and I will do it. This internship is a valuable asset in my life, I will always remember this internship!
