In the second semester of the 2009/2009 school year, our engineering management major studied engineering measurement courses. On June 1, 2019, a two-week engineering survey internship was held. The school was located in the school building No. 13 and the content was measured thirteen. The school building and the surrounding landforms are measured, drawn, and staked. The content of this internship is the practice of engineering measurement knowledge. The requirement of the internship is to let each student achieve the basic mastery of the actual operation of engineering measurement. Compared with the previous classroom internships, this internship is more concentrated, more extensive, and more systematic. It is based on the actual control of measurement and production, and deepens the understanding, mastery and comprehensive application of book knowledge. It is to cultivate our theory and practice. , independent work ability, comprehensive analysis of problems and problem-solving skills, organizational management capabilities and other aspects of quality. It is also a concrete, vivid and comprehensive technical practice.

On the first day of the internship, Professor He Yueguang gave us an internship mobilization meeting. At the mobilization meeting, Professor He emphasized the importance of this internship, because we are a project management major. In the professional requirements, we must pass the process of engineering measurement internship, and take seriously how to choose from the point of selection, to the actual measurement and then to the control of the broken parts. Finally, to stake out and so on, to be able to understand the engineering drawings and basic mapping, in order to better control the construction process. Professor He also gave an analysis of the difficulties brought by this internship due to the complicated geographical conditions of the 13th teaching building and the intensive construction. Students are encouraged to work hard to overcome difficulties and work hard to complete this internship. It also explains the precautions in the operation and relocation of the instrument, and requires that the internship supplies be kept during the internship. The instruments that need to be used in this internship are mainly level, leveling, tripod, theodolite, and total station. On the same day, we officially started the outdoor measurement work.

Internship purpose:

Consolidate the knowledge of classroom teaching, deepen the understanding of the basic theory of control surveying, can use the relevant theory to guide the practice of practice, focus on the internal and external industry, achieve the unity of theory and practice, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, and thus The basic content of control surveying is actually applied once, so that the knowledge learned can be further consolidated and deepened.
Through the internship, familiar with and master the third and fourth control measurements, the angle measurement includes horizontal angle and vertical angle. Elevation measurement, although not measuring the operating procedures and methods of measurement. Master angle calculation, coordinate calculation, wire calculation, etc.
Master the basic skills of measuring measurement results with measurement adjustment theory.

By completing the exercise of controlling and measuring actual tasks, the ability to independently engage in surveying and mapping work, construction and lofting work, as well as organizational and management capabilities, and fostering good quality and professional ethics.

Internship Content:

The internship content requires us to map each of the mm, 1:500 scale topographic maps, survey the 13th school building of the target school and the surrounding landforms, and collect data to draw contour lines within the scope of the development. According to the coordinates of the k1 point, the elevation and the azimuth of k1-k6, the azimuth of each point of the k2-k6 point is calculated by the angle measurement. Through the leveling measurement, the elevation of each control point is calculated, and the total station measures the distance between the control points.

Fragment measurements are then taken at each control point. The raw data is obtained to calculate the elevation of each measured point, and the coordinates are drawn on the map. Draw drawings from these points. In particular, it is necessary to carry out the shredding at k4. Because of the wide control range and rich terrain, it is necessary to add two control points k7 and k8 to clearly measure the required data.

Internship experience:

On June 1st, 2019, at 8:00 am, Mr. He gave us an engineering surveying internship mobilization meeting. Our engineering management students were led by Mr. He to the school's No. 13 teaching building for a two-week engineering survey internship. Our class has 32 people and is divided into 6 groups. Zhao Jian, Zhang Yao, Deng Qiang, Xiong Zicai and I are the first group.

Now, the two-week internship is over. Through this internship, I have a deep understanding of the importance of linking theory with practice. Because it was in the summer, and these days just caught up with the hot weather, the hot sun took the lead, but during the internship, the students showed a high level of work enthusiasm and collaboration. Not afraid of the heat, even sleepless nights. Data is measured during the day, and the points are stepped up at night. Work closely together and learn from each other. The surveying and mapping work was carried out very seriously, and the internship task was completed well.

Through the measurement of internships, there are also some experiences. First of all, measurement is an accurate work. Through the process of studying engineering and measuring this course, I have formed a basic and theoretical measurement profile in my mind. The purpose of the internship is to apply these theories. Linked to actual engineering. Metrology is the science of studying the shape and size of the earth and the location of the ground. In essence, the main task of metrology is to determine the position of the ground target in three dimensions and the change with time. In the information society, the role of metrology is increasingly important, and measurement results serve as the basis of the Earth's information system, providing the most basic spatial location information. The construction of information highways, basic geographic information systems, and various thematic and professional geographic information systems are all urgently required to establish a measurement database and measurement results information system with uniform standards and sharing. Therefore, measurement is the most reliable and accurate means of acquiring and updating basic geographic information. There are many types of surveying, such as general surveying, geodesy, photogrammetry, and engineering surveying. As a student of the Department of Architectural Engineering, we have to learn all aspects of measurement. The foundation of surveying and mapping is the basis of these expertise.



Through this internship, I learned the practical ability of measurement and the endurance to face difficulties. In order to complete the task as quickly as possible, we are working hard every day, although it is very tired and very hard, but we have overcome all kinds of problems. Difficulties, we also felt enriched in the internship, and also learned the unity and tacit understanding between the groups, and exercised a lot of their ability to survey and draw. First of all, I am familiar with the use of level and theodolite, and have mastered various methods of using the level and theodolite, and mastered the inspection and calibration methods of the instrument. Secondly, in the process of checking and correcting the data, the sources of various measurement errors are understood. There are three main aspects: instrument error, observation error, and external influence error. This better understands how to avoid measurement error and minimize the measurement error, that is, to select the appropriate instrument with higher precision in instrument selection. The error is eliminated by mechanical rotation or the like on the premise that the accuracy of the instrument is limited. Improve your own engineering measurement level, master the correct method, and standardize the operation. Reduce the level of error. Through various mathematical methods of processing data such as: temperature correction in distance measurement, correction of ruler length, averaging multiple measurements, correction of values, etc. to reduce errors. Third, in addition to being familiar with the use of the instrument and understanding the source and reduction measures of the principle mastery error, you should also master a set of scientific measurement methods, and follow certain measurement principles in the measurement, such as: "from the whole to the local" The principle of “controlling the broken parts first” and “from high-level to low-level” and doing “checking step by step”. This not only prevents the accumulation of errors, but also finds errors in time, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the measurement. Through practice, I really learned a lot of real things, such as the operation of the measuring instrument, leveling, more familiar with the center, learned the digital topographic map drawing and the measurement of the broken parts, etc. Something, but during the internship, I did it. Although it was not perfect, I was successful in the twists and turns. It greatly improves the ability to do hands and brains and handle various situations.

For more than a week, we have been adhering to our own "positions", observing, recording, calculating, and delineating..... We work together to achieve better tasks. In the measurement process, we also encountered many problems, problems and difficulties. It is still very well overcome by the teacher's point of view and our serious treatment. I am very grateful for this internship, which has provided us with a chance to learn together, make progress together, and work together to complete a project. I have benefited a lot.

During the internship process, it was also found that the popularity of the internship was very important. The many years of educational activities carried out by the Chinese government to promote economic construction have achieved great success. People's concepts and consciousness have been greatly improved. However, there are still some shortcomings in the depth and breadth of economic development.
