Sewage treatment station of Yichang Plant of Shuanghui Group

Internship time: June 22, 2019 morning

1. Overview:

Shuanghui Group is a famous enterprise in China and one of the top 500 in the country. However, it is an undeniable fact that it is also a large emitter. Therefore, China has strict standards for its sewage discharge. This time we visited it. A sewage treatment station inside the Yichang plant. Although the Yichang plant is not large, it contains production wastewater in its entire production process, so it is also a key management unit in Yichang. Therefore, in XX, the Yichang Municipal Government ordered the plant to establish this sewage treatment station, with a total investment of 7-8 million yuan, which was formed by the forest stationmaster with a daily processing capacity of 2,200 tons. After treatment, the cod content of the wastewater reaches the national i-level emission standard, less than 100mg/l, and the treatment efficiency reaches 97%-98%.

2. Process:

Activated sludge process, also known as biochemical treatment, anaerobic and oxygen-consuming, activated sludge process is the most widely used aerobic biochemical treatment technology.

3. Process flow:

The high-concentration wastewater enters from the mountain pool first. The so-called mountain pool is not only a mesh, but also removes the bulky wood in the wastewater; then reaches the primary sedimentation tank; the third step is to adjust the pool, the role is When the water is big, it is impossible for the front to enter inside. It can only stay inside. When there is little water, it will exist in it first. When the water is big, there is still a role of pre-acidification to make the waste water. The ph value is above a certain value; then the wastewater is lifted to the air floatation tank by the pump, and the function is to inflate the waste water to fully consume oxygen, and in the pool, a highly effective disinfectant and a degradation agent are chlorinated. Aluminum, the role is to remove oil, heavy metals and a part of the salt; the fifth step is to the anaerobic tank, the purpose is to remove all the oxygen in the waste water, because some microorganisms can consume other microorganisms without oxygen, anaerobic pool It is to use such a principle to treat other microorganisms in the wastewater; the sixth step is to enter the oxygen-consuming pool, that is, the aeration tank, in order to fully oxygenate the wastewater, and fully activate the activated sludge in the inside. Breeding; seventh step into the secondary sedimentation tank, activated sludge and wastewater play a separate role in the secondary settling tank sludge back to the aeration pond again; and finally into disinfectant pool and then discharged.

Yichang No. 4 Water Supply Plant

Internship time: June 23, 2019 morning

1. Overview

The factory was established in the 1970s and was completed in the mid-eighties. It used the tap water production process of the 1980s, which is a relatively advanced automation process. There are four waterworks in Yichang City. The one water plant is used by the Three Gorges University. It was established on the mountain next to the TV tower before the liberation, but the process is relatively aging. The second water plant was repaired in the place of Yangshuo Road in the 1960s. Later, due to the development of Yichang City, the third and fourth water plants were repaired.

2. Process:

Water is pumped from the Guanzhuang Reservoir, piped to the primary pumping station and chlorine is added in front of the primary pumping station to kill algae, plants and shellfish. The water is sent to the in-plant processing system through the primary pumping station. Usually through mixed reaction, precipitation, filtration, disinfection and other treatment processes, each process is equipped with the corresponding structure, after filtration and disinfection is generally chlorination and ammonia, the water added with disinfectant through the clear water pool, and stay in the pool After about an hour, it becomes qualified drinking water, and then is pumped into the urban pipe network through the secondary pumping station for living and drinking.

Yihua Chemical

Internship time: June 24, 2019

1. Overview:

The factory is the last stop for our internship and is also an important one, because the treatment of exhaust gas is also an important part of our environmental engineering research. The exhaust gas treatment device in the plant is quite advanced, and the dust removal rate can reach 95%.

2. Process:

Desulfurization and dust removal. First, electrostatic precipitator is a method of separating suspended particles from airflow by electrostatic force, and the energy of separating dust particles is low. Generally, the power consumption of dusty gas of 1000m 3 /h is only 0.1-0.8kw. .h, the air pressure loss is also small. Because a relatively large electrostatic force acts on the particles, even very small particles can be effectively trapped, so the dust removal effect is very good, and the dust removal rate is over 95%.

three. Internship summary:

After this internship, I have a preliminary understanding of environmental engineering and I am full of hope for my employment prospects. Because human survival depends on the environment, and the task of protecting the environment is about to fall on our shoulders. Therefore, we must study professional knowledge and master the professional knowledge we have learned, and hone ourselves in practice so that we can learn the majors we have learned. Knowledge can be integrated, know how to apply what you have learned, and become a qualified environmental worker, a qualified environmental engineer!
