Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. has a laboratory and a high-pressure test hall specializing in the research and development of new materials, new technologies and new products. Among them, the experimental research room is the only research base in China's power capacitor industry that can comprehensively study the physical and chemical properties of dielectric materials. The company passed the iso9001 quality system certification in 1997, and the established quality management system conforms to the iso9001:XX standard. The technical and economic level of the products and the product research and development capabilities are at the domestic leading level.

Formerly known as Guangxi Securities Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1988, Guohai Securities Co., Ltd. is one of the first securities companies established in China. In XX, it increased its capital to 800 million yuan and changed its name to Guohai Securities Co., Ltd., which is Guangxi. Its registered capital is 100 million yuan, total assets are 680 million yuan, more than 2,300 employees, including more than 160 management and technical personnel.

Fuda Group owns Guilin Fuda Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Guilin Fuda Crankshaft Co., Ltd., Xiangfan Fuda Dongkang Crankshaft Co., Ltd., Beijing Fuda Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Guilin Fuda Transmission System Co., Ltd., Guangxi Wuling Fuda Vehicle Co., Ltd. The company, Tsinghua-Fuda Automotive System Technology Development Research Institute and other seven production and R&D institutions have formed a new enterprise group of R&D-investment-parts processing-system manufacturing. The Group and its subsidiaries have passed ISO/TS16949:XX quality management system standards certification, and the credit rating has been maintained above aaa for many years.

Third, the internship content

On the first day of the internship, we went to Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. and Guilin Guohai Securities Co., Ltd. Our internship is mainly based on visits. At 8:20 am on the 9th, we started from Yanshan Campus and arrived at Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. at 9:00. After waiting for a while, I was led by the reception staff and the team leader. Take us to visit. We mainly visited three large workshops, the first is the power workshop. Said to be the power workshop, but I can't see where there is motivation, maybe my understanding is wrong. The main production in the workshop is some small parts. What kind of parts are there, there is not much explanation for their responsibility. What we can see through the eyes is some parts with different shapes. Then we went to the metalworking workshop, where we saw a lot of large-scale machinery and equipment, as well as some finished and semi-finished products, so many products that the workshops became very small. Finally, beautify the workshop. As the name suggests, this workshop is definitely a workshop to beautify the product. This is indeed the case. The whole workshop is built in a cave. There are many large tank-shaped machines, which are the devices used to beautify the products. The name of the workshop is very good, but the smell inside is not good, I just can't stand it when I walk to the door. The smell is not good, but it must also follow the big forces, so I can only walk the nose to finish the last workshop. Like the beautification workshop, the environment in other workshops is quite bad. There was a roar of machines everywhere, and the air was filled with disgusting smells of various oil and gas and chemicals, and the ventilation was poor. I can't help but wonder if such an environment can work? However, this is indeed the case, these workers work in this workshop all the year round. The environment is very bad, but they can still produce more well-known products in China, which is very difficult. To put it another way, it also reflects the management's effective management, making correct management decisions, and the good corporate culture formed over the years has deeply affected everyone in the factory. This shows how correct management, wise decision-making and a good corporate culture are important to the survival of an enterprise.

At 14:20 in the afternoon, we set off from the screen campus and went to the Guilin Sales Department of Guohai Securities located in Zhongshan Road. Compared with the Guilin Power Capacitor Factory, the trading hall of Guohai Securities is simply a paradise. Although the decoration here is not luxurious, it can even be said to be simple. It is a stock exchange that cannot be seen from the outside. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the stock exchange's logo - the stock chart. I am thrilled by the numbers that are changing and changing. I am already fantasizing about entering the market and then calling for the rain in the stock market. However, the fact is that I still know very little about stocks, so that I look more and more dizzy. On the contrary, the surrounding investors are obsessed with each other. Looking at such a hot scene, I really doubt whether the financial crisis has passed. Under the leadership of the responsible person, we visited the consultation office and account opening window of the stock exchange hall, and finally went to the third floor to look at the big customer area. The computers here are all one person. However, the scene here was too depressed, so I went back to the trading floor. Here I learned that Guohai can be said to be an intermediary, mainly through the system of the national sea to help investors complete stock trading. After the market closed in the afternoon, the people in charge of the national sea host gave me a brief introduction to some stocks, bonds and other knowledge. Although I was ignorant, I still learned something I didn’t know before. For example, the stock bought on the same day can only be sold after the market opens the next day. It is also more deeply aware of the importance of e-commerce for stock market trading.

On the second day of the internship, we went to Guilin Fuda Group Co., Ltd. Compared with the previous day's internship, we have not had much enthusiasm. It may be because the weather is too hot, or it may be because only the internships are not very exciting.

At 8:20 in the morning, we set off from Yanshan. Our destination is Lingui. The distance is relatively far, but there is a lot more to see. What impressed me the most is that there are a lot of real estate projects under construction, which make the land more vibrant.

Get off the bus and look up at the iconic building, Foda's office building. This is indeed an imposing building, and the sign of Fuda on the roof is clearly visible. It can be seen that the strength of Fuda is really not weak. This can be seen from the way they receive us, this is a very successful business. We got off the bus and sat down on the side of the road, but soon we were told that we couldn't sit around like this. Later they told us that it was: there is such a rule!

Next we were taken to the crankshaft factory. There are a total of two crankshaft factories. The environment of the new factory is quite good, the equipment is also very good, and the quality and skills of the workers are very good. In the old factory, although the environment is not so good, the enthusiasm of the workers is still not low. The same scenario also appeared in the gear factory. On the way to the tour, the reception staff kept asking us to organize the team, and kept reminding us to walk in the yellow area and not to do it. I think this rigorous style should also be an extension of their corporate culture. It is not difficult to understand why success has been achieved.

Fourth, summary and experience

This time I learned about the internship of the engineering management, I saw different things in three different companies. Different business models, different business ideas, of course, they also have the same, such as: good corporate culture, excellent management team, and the strong execution of employees. In addition, during the visit, I also learned some models of their internal management and external sales. Their current model is mainly the traditional model. Especially in the sales model, there are few ways of electronic marketing. In this regard, if e-commerce can be used to improve the current management model and marketing model, I think the effect should be good.

In this understanding of management and understanding of the internship process, I realized that I was not enough to stick to the classroom and book study. In the future, I should pay more attention to the cultivation of social practice ability. I should go out and read, learn, and understand the real-time operation of some enterprises.
