The machinery factory is a result of the hard work of the two brothers. It has a history of more than 20 years, and it has become a complete set of processing, production, sales and technical training. Large professional packaging equipment manufacturer of equipment. At present, it mainly produces corrugated box machinery, including: automatic and semi-automatic rotary slotting and chamfering machine, full computer high-speed ink printing slotting machine, and full computer high-speed ink printing slotting die-cutting machine. In addition, we cooperate with Japan Machinery Co., Ltd., a company with high international reputation, to produce high-precision, high-efficiency, advanced automatic flat die-cutting machines.

The organization of the machinery factory is very concise. Mainly directors - secretaries and accountants - managers manage various departments. Because the equipment of the machinery factory is very advanced, the production line will not be as full of workers as the usual factory, mainly two people are responsible for the workflow. This made it easy for me to understand the production process of the plant.

The demand for carton machinery produced by the plant is very stable and is a production type of order. Due to the high quality requirements and technical content requirements of the products, the production cycle is also relatively long, and the number of single product requirements is not large. At the same time, the price of each product is very expensive, more than 10,000 yuan. The production department mainly includes procurement, technology, production, supply and sales. I was assigned to work in the supply department. However, his job is not to sit and write in the office leisurely, but to run with the minister at any time, run the workshop, and even go outside to run the business.

During the internship, the factory was just catching up with the goods and the production was in full swing. When I was working with the staff of the supply department, I discovered that the supply of this department is extremely important in the enterprise.

First of all, the supply department must deal with the business.

The communication between the supply department of the enterprise and the downstream enterprises is good or bad, which directly affects the final sale of the product. He directly influences the operation of the production and operation system of the enterprise and is one of the key factors to ensure the quality, price, delivery time and service of the enterprise. The success of market development is directly related to the survival of the company. I fully understood the importance of marketing in the course of practice. Enhua’s marketing work in XX has achieved results, but the shortcomings are also obvious. The gains and losses are worthy of my consideration. Due to the violent changes in the market far beyond the company's imagination, it has had a serious adverse impact on the company.

When the Minister of the Supply Department was free, she asked her many questions. She said that most of the factory's sales are contacted by their own buyers, but mainly old customers, the relationship model is mainly - cooperation. For example, cooperation with Japanese companies. These old customers have a strong relationship due to years of cooperation, but when the company's outreach personnel are replaced or other special circumstances, it is often easy to lose customers. Of course, there are many internal reasons for inconvenience to disclose to my outsiders, but mainly because Retired or retired employees tend to take away or new employees do not understand the habits of the old customers and some of the special arrangements that have been used to annoy the old customers. Therefore, the replacement of supply staff is very cautious. At the same time, the customer's responsibility will be dispersed to avoid the situation of the passengers.

Secondly, the supply department must not only do a good job outside the company, but also have a very important relationship with the production and industrial sector.

Often at this time, the supply department is the main way to convey customer information, conveying the customer's needs to the production department. When it comes to the communication between the supply department and the production workshop, I think it is the setting between departments. I think the layout of the factory is very reasonable. The conference room for the foreign guests, the office of the senior staff and the offices of other departments are located in the same building. They are very close to each other. When foreign guests visit, they can let them see the working attitude of the staff, an invisible supervision of the staff, and an opportunity for the foreign guests to show the employees' working attitude and the perfect system of the factory.

Another reasonable point is that there is a door at the place where the supply department is located. This door is specially designed to facilitate the supply of personnel to the production workshop. It provides convenience for communication between personnel and departments. Later, I went to visit the company's directors, and when I mentioned the layout of the factory, the directors smiled. Originally, the factory was the director's personal architectural design. When considering the layout, it really considered the department's communication.
