Company clerk internship report

From June 9th, 2019 to August 21st, 2019, nearly one and a half months, I was internship in the clerical position of the administrative department of Beijing ** Group Co., Ltd.

Internship, as the name suggests, learns in practice. After a period of study, or when learning comes to an end, we need to understand what we have learned or how it should be applied in practice. Because any knowledge comes from practice and belongs to practice. So we must put it into practice to test what we have learned. Now that I am about to graduate, the internship is becoming more and more important to us. The internship period just ended is the hardest and most fulfilling period of my university in four years. The hard work is because I just got on the job, there are many aspects that I can't adapt quickly. The enrichment is that during this time, I learned the knowledge and skills that I couldn't learn on campus, and improved my quality in all aspects. At the same time, the internship also gave me some work experience. It laid the foundation for a good career in the future. I will now summarize the achievements and shortcomings of these days in my work. First, sum up the experience, and secondly, have a systematic understanding of their work situation.

First, the work content

In the past month or so, my main job is to assist the office staff in the personnel and daily administrative work of the administrative department. In this process, I used the methods of reading, asking, and learning to get a preliminary understanding of the specific business knowledge of the company's office clerks and expand the professional knowledge. First summarize all my specific work:

1. Answer the applicant and make a simple initial to the applicant. The passer is sent to the manager of each department for re-examination;

2. Open the trial work order to notify the re-test passer to try the work, and do a good job of registration;

3. Assist in the training of new employees on induction training and staged training;

4. Send files to leaders at all levels and sign the files;

5. Organize and keep the card and leave slips; organize the employee files for future release and filing;

6, copying, printing office files, sending faxes, leading office forms, etc.;

7. Assist in handling the entry procedures for new recruits, transfer and resignation procedures for employees;

8. Calculate the monthly attendance of the management personnel, and send the attendance details to each department to check the signature;

9. Enter the monthly fine and reward form and enter the employee's pension insurance information;

10. Produce a 20-year annual retirement schedule for the entire factory management staff;

11, to assist the reception of the largest customer German deichmann guests.

12. Other work arranged by the leadership.

Second, harvest and experience

Recalling my one-and-a-half-month work experience, although there are tears and bitterness, the most is the experience and harvest. I remember that on the first day of the company, I was arranged to study at an office clerk. Really, the first day is the most difficult. From the school to the social environment, the people who come into contact with it have completely changed their roles. The teacher has become a boss, and the classmates have become colleagues. The way to get along is completely different. Everyone regards you as invisible. People's feelings can only be experienced by people who have experienced it personally. Fortunately, the girls in the dormitory are very good to me, telling me that they have just started working, and they started from being invisible. From the miscellaneous, I advised me to stand up and insist on coming over. The job I just started to contact is recruitment. I am still a newcomer who has just started a job, but I have to recruit people. I am a little nervous and a little excited. Our company is mainly in the footwear industry. There are many proper terms related to the footwear industry that I have never touched before, so there are many kinds of jobs that I am not familiar with, such as the development department's bag, car bag, quality. The part of the inspection, inspection, needle car inspection, inspection; the general warehouse of the material, cutting, and so on. These posts about the footwear industry have been listened to more. If you ask more questions, you will naturally understand some of them. There are more people to apply for, and I found a difference, that is, the difference between the North and the South. In the South, most of them are looking for work when they are around 20 years old. Even in our office, there are two girls who are 87 years old. They have all worked for one year. Most of the 234 in the north have just graduated from college and entered the society. Young people looking for work from the north to the south are older and less experienced. So in order to integrate into the fast-paced society of the South as soon as possible, I have to work harder to absorb everything here.
