Unforgettable 2009 has just passed, and in 2009, I ushered in my first big event - internship. On February 9th, I stepped into the internship school, Lean No. 1 Middle School. This is the first batch of provincial key middle schools with a long history. I used to study there, where I trained me, I have a sense of intimacy on campus, and I often worry about whether I can become a qualified teacher and class teacher. Lectures are the most important part of an internship and the most effective way to train a trainee teacher. First of all, you should carefully study the materials before class and carefully prepare lessons. At this stage, the teacher should think about how to guide the students, how to arrange the teaching process, and so on. In addition to the lessons in the classroom, there is also the ability to manage classes because there are many problems that can occur. For example, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and activate the classroom atmosphere. Teacher Zhu is doing a good job in this area. Linking knowledge points with real life and making appropriate jokes not only enables students to enhance their understanding of new knowledge, but also activates the classroom atmosphere and stimulates students' interest in learning. Another example is to manage classroom discipline, eliminate external interference, and transfer students' attention to the classroom. These are the abilities of a teacher to exercise and have the ability to adapt. Only by managing the classroom can the lectures achieve results.
