The Wuhan-Yingshan Expressway is a component of the main skeleton of the “five vertical, three horizontal and one ring” highways in Hubei, and is also an important road carrier for the Wuhan city to radiate to the northeast of Hubei. The project starts from Wuhan City Ring Expressway in the west, connects with the Wujiaji-Zhoupu section of Wuhan Export Road, and reaches Dafengshuling in the east of Hubei and Anhui. The main line passes through Wuhan Xinzhou District and Tuanfeng County. In the early days of the Office of the High Commissioner, it was a confusing task. There is no clear concept of what the supervision is, what to do, what to do, what rights and obligations, and the corresponding workflow. After the official start of work, I was assigned to the 13th Office of the Supervisory Office, responsible for the collection and collation of the industry materials in the tender. According to the introduction, the 13th tender section of Wuying Expressway is k122+703-k129+000, and the total length of the route is 6.287km. The tender section is located in Yangliu Town, Yingshan County, Huanggang City, and belongs to the mountainous hilly area due to the topographical conditions. Impact, so this section is dominated by bridges and one tunnel. The first and second work areas that I have in charge are composed of Jinjiachong Viaduct, Yangliu No.1 Bridge, Yangliu No.2 Bridge, Yangliu No.3 Bridge and the subgrade and culvert in the corresponding section. In the first few days, I followed the supervision engineer to the construction site, and had a preliminary understanding of the division of the tender section, the geographical location of each structure, the progress of the project, and other related factors, and the construction unit "China Railway 15th Bureau" Engineers, technicians, data clerk, etc. know each other to facilitate the smooth development of future work. The first time I drove through the mountains, I was in such an environment surrounded by mountains. I looked at the various projects under construction. I was a little excited, a little excited, and awkward. I am also full of expectation and confidence in my future internship in this project.

A week or so, I began to take over the relevant information. The first thing to do is to prepare the delivery archives according to the division of the sub-projects. The establishment of the supervision account is to uniformly register the supervision materials, so as to reduce the repeated preservation of the supervision materials without losing control. First, it is convenient to unify the compilation of supervision data and the collection of engineering and technical data of the project supervision departments of the company. It will not cause the inconsistency of engineering materials due to the differences in the quality of the staff of the high supervision office, or even the occurrence of out-of-synchronization, missing items, and loss. The problem. The second is to facilitate the inspection of the supervision work by the company and the relevant competent departments of the higher authorities, and also to facilitate the clarification of responsibilities. The third is to reduce duplication of waste, so this is the first step in collating data. However, due to the limited breadth of knowledge and lack of work experience, the term "bank account" was not very well understood. After receiving the task, it did not understand the division of some items, nor did it understand the format of the account, and it was impossible to start. At this time, I really realized what is low-handed and seemingly easy. It can't be done without practical operation, because the problem often manifests itself in the process of application. After consultation, I learned clearly. In the division of sub-items, it is divided into divisional projects, sub-projects, and sub-projects. These are not only related to the written accounts, but also related to future construction and data compilation. However, the first job of using this is to make accounting information, divide the divisional projects and sub-projects into items and items according to the specifications, and use excel to make inclusion items, items, handover time, handover person, delivery date, etc. The sub-item table is convenient for dividing the unified documents according to the sub-items and uniformly filling in the delivery time.

The next work is mainly to collect and organize the internal materials. Since before me, the finishing work of the information on the inside of the bidding section has been in a vacant situation, the data is relatively lagging, which is inconsistent with the actual completion of the engineering quantity. After I took over, I was still in a confused situation, because in the face of the mountains of data, I opened a few boxes and found that the information was a bit messy and I could not start. Specifically, the following problems exist:

1. In a piece of information, there is a lack of inspection data such as supervision assessment or leveling, template making. There are still leaks.

2. The data has not been completed according to the division of unit engineering, divisional engineering, and sub-projects, and the specifications are filled out, which is not conducive to measurement.

3. The information is incomplete, missing the date, lack of signature by the supervision engineer, lack of evaluation criteria, etc.

4. The data record lacks authenticity, the data does not match the traces, carelessness, and simple calculation errors.

5. The lack of record of concrete strength values.

Through these materials, I feel that there are so many problems in the information. I believe that it has a lot to do with the attitude of the supervisors. In the work, responsibility is very important. All the work is not the work of one person. It is a process of cooperation among all the supervisors. It is like an assembly line. The efficiency of each step and the quality of the products will affect the next step. In addition, take the supervisor next to the station, as an important means of project supervision, the supervision of the side station is getting more and more attention from the construction unit and the supervision unit. In the process of project supervision, the supervision of the station is also indispensable. The role of timely supervision and rectification of the construction process can avoid the quality and safety hazards of the project, and finally make the project quality meet the design and specification requirements, and ensure the quality of the project. However, during the internship process, it was found that there was a small amount of responsibility in the supervision of the side station, and the positioning was not clear enough. When doing the supervision next to the station record, some of the side station supervisors mostly record the after-effects, such records of the authenticity of the situation, and only through the recall, the record is also lacking, the record is not traceable. This led to a series of related problems after unknowingly accumulating. Therefore, we must do a good job in collecting and sorting out information. Personally, we must first solve the problem of attitude, strengthen education guidance, technical training, correct the attitude of the supervisors, and establish a spirit of cooperation.

After a period of familiarity, I can say that I have a certain understanding of the information. The intermediate work book I have done before has also laid a foundation for my current work, because I did not know it during the process. The division of some items of the project, and all the information, should be filled out according to the division of parts, filed. For example, the bridge is divided into an upper structure and a lower structure. In the upper structure, the prefabrication and installation of the beam and slab are mainly divided into foundation, pile foundation, pier column, tie beam, cap beam, sill and other structures in the lower structure. Knowing the method, it takes a lot of patience to start with the information, and it must be very careful. This kind of thing is not very complicated, but it is trivial and time consuming. I have always been a very impatient person, and it is easy to ignore some small things. It is just that this internship is also an exercise for me and a cultivation of my character.

In addition to the work of the 13th Office of the Supervisory Office, my other job is the auxiliary work of the comprehensive office. The comprehensive work of this department is relatively strong. The supervision orders, the red-headed files are issued, the meeting records, the links between the subordinates and the construction units, the company, and the logistics work are all areas of our work. Although things are a bit more and a little troublesome, on the other hand, my ability to cope with unexpected situations has improved, my work has become more organized, my ability to interact with others has improved, and I have learned to adapt to the various people in society.
