The apprenticeship can be roughly divided into two parts, namely, before the National Day and National Day.

In the early period of the National Day, I became a community policeman. I was mainly responsible for this part of the Chongwen Gymnasium Road East Hall community. The master of the class was a zero-level student of the Public Security University. The community work is tiring and boring. In addition, the quality requirements of the police are also very strict, because the community police are closest to the lives of ordinary people, especially for our East Hall community. Most of the Dongfang community live in foreign friends, so the daily management is indispensable in English communication. In addition, the East Hall also includes three old Beijing hutongs. The staff in the Hutong is complex and the floating population is large. The work brings more difficulties, and the work of the community is embodied in the following aspects:

1. Survey of floating population. Migrant workers are very mixed. If they are not registered frequently, it is very likely that they will conceal the fugitives who have committed criminal acts. Coupled with the complicated structure of the old Beijing Hutong, if it is not handled in time, it may cause certain security risks for the National Day. Security threats. The superior leaders also asked us to strictly implement the census, to achieve more than 20 people per day, and to register and register them in time. For foreigners, we still strictly enforce the law. At the same time, we cooperate with the foreign affairs offices of the branch offices to regularly check the visas and passports of foreign personnel, and report them to relevant departments in time to avoid problems related to Xinjiang and Tibet. In this respect, we strictly demand ourselves, and accurately report the situation to the superior leaders, which has been recognized and praised by the leaders, and also eliminated a major hidden danger for National Day security.
2. Severely crack down on illegal crimes. Due to the establishment of the hutong, there are often disputes between neighbors, and some even lead to crime. This requires us not only to issue police in time, but also to learn to adjust disputes while strictly enforcing laws. For light disputes, we adopt mediation methods. We are meticulous in understanding serious disputes and even violent crimes. And grasp the incident, and then according to the police station on the relevant provisions of public security management penalties to impose corresponding sanctions, and occasionally cooperate with the police district personnel to carry out crime arrest. Find problems, stop them in time, and work hard to complete the principle of handling the "National Day Zero Dispute" proposed by the police station.

3. Control of key mental patients. A psychiatric homicide case in Xuanwu District on September 12, 2009 caused great concern and vigilance from the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and even the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security. The Municipal Bureau immediately issued a draft control on mental patients during the National Day. The implementation of relevant policies into our East Hall community will be embodied in the following tasks: First, we must go door-to-door to investigate, and those who are seriously ill should immediately ask for hospitalization. For those who are also morbid, they must ensure that they have The fixed monitors monitored them for 24 hours. In addition, we used the information system to register them in detail, and made important reports on the supervised and degraded leaders, and got relevant information. Direct and process files.

4. Safety education and training for community hotel staff. In 2009, on the 17th, a hotel vicious homicide occurred. One security and two managers were hacked to death on the spot. The party committee of the police station immediately formulated relevant policies under the instructions of the superior leaders, and the main tasks of our community police. It is to convey safety awareness to various hotels and to inform them that such homicides have attracted enough attention and distributed red armbands. The role of this armband not only creates a safe atmosphere, but also makes criminal suspects feel horrified.

5. Control of pets and poultry such as raising dogs and raising pigeons. According to the requirements of the superiors, the undocumented dogs and stray dogs in our community have been dealt with and urged to apply for the permit in time. The people who raise the pigeons strictly warned him not to allow them to put pigeons on the day of the National Day exercise to affect the National Day Trapezoidal Aircraft. The mission of the party team. In addition, the same warnings are given to people who like to fly a kite.

Second, the National Day and the work of the late National Day. The main task of the National Day is the management and maintenance of public security. Due to the national military parade exercise, the place where the people flow in the Tiananmen area is concentrated, the order of the scene is not easy to control, and the consequences of the out-of-control phenomenon are unimaginable. We and the class police have a strict division of labor, carried out on-site backup, and timely handled the crowds. During the period, we mainly pay attention to four aspects. 1. It is to find suspicious people. 2. Pay attention to whether there are flying objects in the air. 3. Pay attention to people in Xinjiang and Tibet. At about 2 pm, we were arranged to patrol the direction of Ciqikou to the direction of Happiness Street. During this time, we successfully captured a mental patient and conducted effective control, and then reported it to the leader in the room.

After the National Day, the four police district system was restored. My main task was to patrol. The location of the patrol was the famous Red Bridge market, which is one of the most active places for foreigners. My main task is to maintain the scene. Order, report problems in a timely manner, and occasionally deal with disputes caused by language barriers. In addition, it guides the road for many foreigners. This work was very hard, working nine hours a day, and later was praised and praised by the branch bureau when we did a good job.

This internship mission is a great public security apprentice mission. From the 100-year Olympic Games to today's incomparable 60-year national conditions, we have witnessed the most important activities of the Great Republic. For us, we have not yet entered the public security work. As far as the trainees are concerned, this is both a great challenge and a daunting task. We not only learned the basic knowledge of public security, but also really felt the bitter work of the grassroots public security police. This will be our future.
