Garden professional college student holiday intern report

Two months ago, I started my internship with the society, my work and my confusion. I left the school and went to the society. In this short period of time, I learned a lot, I know a lot, and I understand that I have to cherish the life I have now.

I remember that when I first arrived at the company, my first task was to organize and produce the completion data of a community greening project. Such a task is both new and difficult for me. Although I have learned this aspect in school, it is superficial and has not much practical experience. With my persistence and patience, and with the help of my colleagues, I completed the task as scheduled. Going to work, I think the main task is to learn and learn at work. Perhaps everything here is starting from zero for me, but I believe that not knowing how to ask, listening to less and speaking less is the premise and foundation for all progress. Usually, when I have time, I can access various garden-related materials and information online. Only by continuously learning, constantly improving, and constantly enriching myself can we have a foothold in the increasingly fierce competition in the future.

In these two months, I have worked hard to do my job, never go back to early, and remember to believe that the school has established a good image and won the honor. At work, I always follow the arrangements of superior leaders, unite my colleagues, and constantly improve my team spirit, because I know that every project in our garden can not be done by one person's strength, but all through common efforts. The tacit cooperation can be achieved.

Seriously study the post function, and the work ability has been improved. According to the requirements of job responsibilities, my main task is to be responsible for the organization of materials, the production of open materials, etc.; cad drawing operations; stakeout and pruning on the construction site; other tasks assigned by the leadership. By completing the above work, I realized that a competent garden worker should have good coordination, smooth communication skills, skilled computer operation ability and a solid professional foundation. I know that I am still not perfect in many aspects. In the future work, I still need to work hard to improve my own quality and overcome the shortcomings.

There is pay for it. After two months of training, I really learned a lot of things that I didn’t learn at school. How to communicate with people, how to learn by themselves, how to adapt to a strange environment, how to overcome the difficulty of facing a person outside. I understand how to adjust my mentality and learn to taste the hardships and happiness in my work.
