Preliminary preparation

The first stage

In April 2019, Li Xuewen, the person in charge of the association, combined the previous experience of teaching in the countryside, the discussion results of the members of the association and the local specific situation to form a draft summer social and social practice planning book, and actively do a few work:

1. Coordinate with the Yucheng County Youth League Committee in time to understand the local education situation and needs;

2. Liao Wenjun, Minister of the Organization and Activities Department of the Association, used the 6 qq groups of the Association and launched the recruitment of volunteers according to the contents of the planning book and the requirements for volunteers;

3. Each team member who has passed the review will prepare a course that can be taught according to his or her own situation and collect the materials of the course.

After more than two months of coordination and communication, the above three tasks were successfully completed under the efforts of the various responsible persons, and the preliminary work of the summer social and social practice-Sunshine support activities went smoothly to the next stage.

second stage

On the evening of July 13, all the team members held a plenary session of the members of the Sunshine Supporting Activities to share the information and arrange the tasks for the next stage. At the meeting, Li Xuewen gave a brief introduction to the planning of the Sunshine Education activities and made preliminary arrangements before going to the countryside. At the conference, some design was made for the course. The design focused on the combination of knowledge and fun, and opened interesting English, interesting mathematics, Chinese studies, history, sign language, inspirational, sports; second classroom and theme day activities. Then, based on the specific situation and the characteristics of the players, we discussed and agreed on the following:

1. Level-by-level teaching and implementation of the head teacher responsibility system. Taking into account the difference in the age and education level of the students, it is decided to classify the three classes of the upper, middle and lower grades. The instructors prepare the lesson plans according to the characteristics of the students at different levels. The class teacher responsibility system is adopted in consideration of the short-term management of the class and the cohesiveness of the students and the students. There is one class teacher in each class in the high, middle and low grades. They are mainly responsible for daily classes, communicate with students in time, understand the needs of students, and play a role as a bridge between the teachers and students. 2. Each volunteer combines their own interests to determine the courses they teach. On the basis of the preliminary preparations, the volunteers applied for and passed the courses taught by them in combination with the preset courses, and actively prepared the lesson plans after the meeting.

3. The meeting decided that Xiao Yingwei and Fan Danrong were mainly responsible for the sponsorship of the activities. Liao Wenjun was responsible for contacting the various team members and reviewing the team members' teaching plans.

The third phase

At 11 o'clock on the morning of July 14, Li Xuewen and Fan Danrong, led by the Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, Zhu Zhiwu, went to the Dongxi Village of the Fucheng Township to see the Dongxi Village Party Branch and the Village Committee Director. At 9:30 in the morning of July 19th, all the members of the teaching team arrived at Dongxi Guoxiao and the principal of Huang to hold a discussion. Because the school has only one, two, three, and four grades, and Fan Danrong has a heavier assignment task, it is decided to use one grade for each class. Implementation phase

The project activity officially began on July 20th, and the following work was mainly carried out:

1. Donate the library: Through the efforts of each team member, we will collect more than 150 books suitable for local students to read, effectively improve the quality of the school library and activate the school culture.

2. Visits by Poor Students: Through the two-to-one list of students who are impoverished from the school, they will visit the site to establish a set of credible and poorly-recognized students, and at the same time bring a learning gift worth 20 yuan to each poor student.

3. Reward outstanding students: Open various awards in local schools, reward rural students with excellent academic performance, stimulate their interest in learning, enhance their learning motivation, and create an atmosphere of learning for everyone on campus. Based on the results of the school's previous academic year, the specific awards are mainly set in the top three overall scores, the single-subject champion, the learning progress award, and the special award. The form of reward is the award + prize. The award ceremony was held at the party on the last day of the event.

4. Organize university student volunteers to teach in the local area: Teaching is an important part of this project. We give full play to the characteristics of college students with affinity, patience, good communication, and broad vision. They grow up with the children, learn from each other, and make progress together.

This teaching plan is carried out as follows:

Every day, the teaching must be prepared in advance according to the schedule. If there is a change in the application in advance, the class teacher will monitor the class and evaluate the feedback after class.

Prepare lessons in advance

Do not fight unprepared. Teachers must make a complete classroom teaching plan one day before the lecture, making full use of the classroom time of each class to ensure classroom order and teaching quality. At the same time, pay attention to the systematic, scientific, intellectual and interesting aspects of classroom knowledge. In view of the special circumstances in the upper grades, the senior classroom teaching plan has carried out collective efforts and collectively prepared lessons in an attempt to attract the interest of senior students to the maximum extent. This has achieved good classroom results.

Class teacher supervised

The class teacher must master the progress of each course in the class and the classroom effect of each class. At the same time, master the attendance rate and class status of each class in order to grasp the classroom performance of each teacher and the students' response to the class. The class teacher also assists the instructor in maintaining class order and grasping class time.

5. A party. The last day of the event organized a party. Performances can include songs, dances, poetry readings, story shows, and more.
